I routinely clear out my clothes year to year and have handed in a few bundles of clothes here and happily at that. There are also clothes to buy in here, but they are hit and miss. They do however stock a reasonable selection of books and I have picked up a few for my Dad over the years who assumes cost me £10-£15. Oh how wrong he is. Warm friendly place that is rarely empty.

Plenty of info around about the Heart foundation and it always has wee hearts in the window that people have written messages on to their loved ones. Nice touch. I usually give the result of my wardrobe clear outs to this shop, great cause.

Poor wee red cross! It's been here at this lonely end of town next to a tanning shop for years, and…read morenever seems to be busy. The clothes are old and average, and the main focus in here is bric a brac and books, which is great if you like that kind of thing. They also sell loads of videos, which is a shame, because obviously no one has told them VHS is dead. Bless. Nice to go and buy something, even a wee book, to show support for a great cause. Could do with jazzing up a bit to pull in the punters.
