The staff were really friendly and gave me multiple suggestions with a detailed description of the pros and cons of each, and even let me try some of the laptops they had in the shop. Stephen was very knowledgeable and helped me through the process of choosing my laptop and now that I have my dream laptop I couldn't be happier. Churchgate Music is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the main city centre and actually…read moresells only instruments. Though a large portion of the shop is taken up by song books, i.e those that tell you the chords to play songs by your favourite artists on piano, guitar etc. I looked all over town a couple of years back to get a Delta Goodrem one and this shop was the only place I could actually find it in. It's quite small and from the outside looks rather unattractive. It's very cramped inside and me being so tall, had to literally stoop just to get through the door, however the cashier was extremely helpful and friendly and ready to advise me on an all manner of instruments as I really had no idea what I wanted. Despite the lack of space and the downmarket feel of the shop it is definately way ahead of all its competitiors in customer service.
