Big Kudo's here for Sylvan Liquor for taking care of me on this one. This is a family run business where they are so friendly and helpful and clearly have made customer satisfaction a priority. No gruff unfriendly folks here only smiling happy faces where they are ready and willing to help you find the perfect liquor for you and if they dont have it, will special order it for you upon request. We walked in and assistant manager John warmly greeted us and gave directions for making the purchase prior to getting in line. Met some totally awesome people while waiting to meet Morris and Malcolm who were in an area at the back of the store. It was a hoot to have other customers ask WHY there were so many people in the store! After having our picture taken we received the signed bottle and John bagged them for us.
