He will take your money, for sure. He will ask for more money or tell you that if you don't he won't come back. If he shows up at all it is for anywhere from 3 hours to literally 15 minutes. Not a bit of a lie. He will tell you it is hard to get workers or that you live so far away, even though he has been to your house and knows exactly where you live. If you want your new roof to leak because it wasn't put in properly, then this is your man!
