The first dilemma was wondering whether or not our group should seat ourselves, but we made the decision to take a booth as the restaurant wasn't busy. We were greeted by a cheery waitress and were provided chips and salsa, which, I must say, were average at best. I ordered 4 steak tacos, a pretty conservative choice at a new restaurant, and was provided the food within 10 minutes. The first bite was an explosion of flavor: the steak was juicy, the cheese was plentiful, and the salsa I added was a great finishing touch. It took no more than 5 seconds to realize that these were the best steak tacos I've ever had, without a doubt. It was an excellent trip overall, and with the food being such a surprise, I'll definitely be returning the next chance I get.
