Both of our children grew up in your care, and we couldn't have asked for a more nurturing, loving, and supportive environment during their earliest and most formative years. From the very beginning, the teachers and staff have treated our children like family--celebrating their milestones, comforting them on tough days, and fostering a love of learning that will carry them through their school years and beyond. We've watched them grow not just academically, but socially and emotionally, thanks to the thoughtful structure and genuine care they received every day. We have had the honor to know some fantastic teachers and families. But unfortunately there is always one crazy kook so here is some advice....If you see an issue little or big TALK TO THE DIRECTOR!! Don't run to social media. The staff is so understanding and will take you seriously. It's hard to say goodbye after a full decade of drop-offs, crafts, songs, and warm hugs. We're so thankful for everything ChildTime has given to our family, and while we're sad to leave, we know our children are more than ready for their next steps because of the strong foundation built here. Thank you for being such an important part of our lives. We will miss you dearly! With love and appreciation, The Gore Family

She will glare at you when you express concern about your child's well being. Some of her staff is prejudice and agressive towards white children. Occasionally in the mornings the classrooms are combined with different teachers. Out of all the teachers I've ran into I have loved them all! They are sweet to my son and are always encouraging to him! Their meals are healthy and give the children opportunity to try anything and everything. They change diapers every few hours whether the child really needs one or not to keep the child dry at all times. My son started talking around a year but in the past year and a half his language has blown me away. They work everyday to teach the kids something new. If your looking for a school that will really get your child ready to go to kindergarten, while also giving him love and support this is the school for you. I also have to brag on the administration. They are all amazing and have helped me with any problems or information I've needed. Anytime there is ever an incident or anything happens to my son they have a note for me when I get there and are ready to answer any questions.

During the isolation period due to COVID-19, my family was instructed via government orders to stay home unless essential to be out. However, Planet Child Care decided that even though we shouldn't be leaving our house they could still charge full tuition. The government orders stated childcare facilities could remain open for essential employees only but Planet has decided to exploit that and the families who are without pay during this time. It's sad and sickening that I've been part of their "family" for so long but I guess all my kids were to them was an extra paycheck UPDATE: since posting this the director reached out to me to argue that she wasn't charging families if they weren't getting paid. I sent her a screen shot of the email I sent about a week prior stating I was no longer receiving a paycheck. She ignored that but continued to email me to argue that I was the only one complaining about still paying full tuition (which maybe I was the only one complaining to her but I spoke with several other parents who were equally upset, just keeping it to themselves). After fully deciding to remove my daughter from that school she sent a letter out that she was no longer charging tuition to parent not bringing their children in. I will not be sending my daughter regardless, but I can't believe she spent all day arguing with me just to change her mind anyway.

The first time I came to look at the place I was greeted by nothing less than a stale cracker. Karen, the office manager I assume, attempted to show my husband and I around the day care with little to no enthusiasm. Our questions we vaguely answered to say the least. The only thing that kept me interested in the place was the fact that I knew someone who knew my son and I and that made me feel comfortable. When I left my initial visit I was given paperwork to fill out. I started my son right around the new year where he was enrolled for three day which in result with one of those days being a day where the day care was closed. No one explained to me that tuition would be the same regardless of it being shut down or not and this being my first time putting my son in daycare I was not aware. I messaged the daycare trying to understand why I was paying for a day that he was not even able to go and I was told numerous times to refer to their handbook. Confused I kept questioning where is stated in the paperwork I was given where it was. Karen dismissed my question as if explaining to me what I didn't understand was a waste of time. The next day I brought my son and was actually given the handbook that explained everything which was never given to me in the beginning. Because of Karen, we decided to take my son out of this daycare. Because of Karen, and her lack of personality I was completely turned off of this daycare. Other teachers may be great. But I personally could not get past my initial visit and the terrible service provided to the parents. I could not get past sending my son somewhere, where I myself couldn't get help or questions answered.
