And a farm fresh beef vendor was there, who I hope to indulge next weekend. But those two were the only two outside on a sunny Saturday afternoon. Indoors, your you're met with a strong smelling potpourri, because several vendors there are selling homemade candles or potpourri or idk it just made my allergies start dripping. Most all indoor vendors appear to be seniors looking for something to do...there's one craft lady who's trying to sell a wall full of the most gawdy wreaths I've ever seen, another selling crochet kinda towels/linens...a "leather lady" selling vintage Harley leather vests and crap, wildly overpriced. A jewelry gal selling homemade jewelry that's just...not attractive, especially for prices she's asking. It's like stuff my daughter made in day camp, back in the day. Then, of course, there's the candle/ potpourri lady and yet another vendor who seems to think she can (laughably) paint flowers and such on a wine glass from Dollar Tree and charge a (laughable) amount of money for that. So glad these ladies have something to do, but what they are doing is lame. So much better could be made of this place, even as the venue they've intended. They have NO CLUE how to attract and retain really good vendors. CLEARLY! These folks are a joke. And it pains me to say that, because I'm a local, and I want to see this venue succeed. I'd buy it if I could!

We always stop by Murry's Farm Market when we are in Lake City or going to Merritt Speedway, and walk away with food or flowers and we always feel we get our monies worth. Tim and Laura are very knowledgeable about gardening tips and plants and have held their prices. Two years ago we purchased a deer blind and a chicken coop and haven't had a problem with either of them. Last month we purchased a 12 x 28 cabin, not only did we get a good deal, but the delivery was prompt and they placed our cabin perfectly on its blocks. The service was friendly, and the menu had lots of fresh and intriguing choices. For a starter, the tempura fried garlic scapes ($12) were ordered. They came with a maple and fermented Fresno chili hot sauce. The tempura batter was tasty. The scrapes were very long so a knife was definitely needed. The hot sauce was a nice addition, and I was hoping for more of it, or for it to be given on the side. Now that I think about it, I should have just asked for more, bad job. For the main dish, the grain bowl ($19) and chicken torta ($19) was split. The grain bowl had brown rice, spelt, millet, chickpeas, lemon-tahini dressing, pickled vegetables, carrot, kohlrabi, feta, and a pomegranate molasses. This was very light and extremely fresh. All of the flavors mixed well with one another. The torta had a chicken guisado, lime-cilantro slaw, pickled onion, and jalapeno on a telera roll with a side salad. The salad was basically just mixed greens, no issue there. Again, this appeared extremely light, especially the soft roll. The chicken was flavored well and tender while the pickled onion and jalapeno gave a little crisp. The jalapenos also provided a slight kick. Will I go back? No doubt.
