Sam Beninato, the owner came by and said that his company was bankrupt so he could not honour our 5 year warranty, but said it was likely just a gasket and would be inexpensive to fix. We ended up having to replace the entire shower as the liner was installed incorrectly and was torn, the plumbing was not installed to code (even though we had a city permit), and they never bothered to put in any insulation or vapour barrier. Even though, I originally had some anxiety in general - this is my first time for everything: buying a real estate, being an owner, and renovation. Long story short, they were great. I have no regret at all. They were extraordinary friendly, flexible, informative, communicative, and creative. I can't believe what they did for my laundry unit door. It's in the pictures attached this review. You see an account wall in a picture - that's a door. A laundry machine and dryer are behind. I work full-time and can't be around as much as I wished. They accommodated my condition very well by using pictures, links, texts, and computer graphics to make it work. They also brought their professional views and opinions into my condo: Explained me what can be done, can't be done, design options, and so on. There was a senior member in the team who made excellent advice for my kitchen. I'm graceful for two big changes that I did based on their advices: cooking stove location, and a glass door for a den. As their homepage stated, they put everything up front; no hidden cost. Two of my friends already said that they will consider Rose Valley Reno for their condo renovation - and I have no hesitation to pass their contact to my other friends as needed.
