I appreciate that Vanessa keeps me in the loop on anything that is happening at the school but also happening with my girls. She has grown so much, all of our friends and family compliment on her communication and social skills. We really do have to thank the wonderful staff at LSH in their every day role in helping our daughter develop into who she is today. The educators use the Brightwheel app to update us with photos and videos of the children's activities, as well as naptime. During our transition out of diapers with potty training, the teachers updated us with potty breaks and worked with us on the routine we had at home to ensure she was comfortable and familiar. The new site is beautiful and we feel blessed to be among some of the first families at this location. The staff did an amazing job in creating all of the different spaces for the children. We also feel very safe that there are multiple gated entrances into the classroom/play yard. We want to keep her play-based as long as possible and will be keeping her another year until she heads into kindergarten. It's wonderful to see the friendships she has formed with many of the children that she started out with in the toddler class.

The first thing that stood out was the director, Ms. G. She was incredibly welcoming, enthusiastic, and genuinely cared about getting to know our family. She gave us plenty of time to ask questions and discuss our concerns, and she continues to be one of the main reasons my daughter still attends Cypress Kinderland. One thing I really appreciate is the relationship she has with the children and her staff. My daughter isn't intimidated by the director like some children can be in other schools. Instead, she knows Ms. G cares about her. It's also clear that Ms. G has built a positive and supportive relationship with her staff, and I believe that says a lot about the culture of the school. When leadership truly cares about the staff, it creates a positive environment for everyone. The teachers have been amazing. They were so patient with us as first-time preschool parents, whether we were figuring out what to pack for lunch, navigating potty accidents, or adjusting to a new routine. Every teacher has taken the time to build a relationship with my daughter, not just her classroom teachers. But he picked it up and he is bilingual now, as a 5 year old. They have been very caring with smaller class sizes which I was looking for. Best of all, they provide home made breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner too! It's made from scratch by a lady who works in the kitchen on site. Good Korean food as well as kid favorites like pasta are served. I am very grateful to the school for also giving my son a good knowledge of the Bible and God through the weekly worship. My child started at the age of 2 and has been potty trained thanks to their help and good advice. Again my child is happy and learning during this time. Our child turned three in December, can count to more than thirty, knows the alphabet, and is continuing to progress. The teachers give us updates, send us photos, and our child is excited to share all the learning projects they did and sent home. I highly recommend this preschool.
