The store is in good condition. Inside was clean and well taken care, but the exterior pump areas could use some attention. Surprisingly the restrooms were small, the men's room had one stall and one urinal, so a line formed fairly easily. Service was friendly and helpful. Overall, solid RaceTrac location!

Just as convenient as the other two gas stations that are located at this exit (maybe more - but I saw two more). Is this super convenient if you are in anything other than a regular consumer vehicle? Not really, possibly a small moving truck, but start adding trailers, rv's or anything of length and I wouldn't really want to opt for any of the options available in this area. Did they have a throw back to the good ol' days and only charge $1.00 per gallon? Nope, that wasn't it either. So where does this start to swing towards a review higher than the standard gas station review of a 3 star? Well, we stopped for a quick fuel up and restroom break to discover that the bathrooms were closed for cleaning (bathrooms was actually one shared bathroom). When the worker overheard us he told us to ignore the signs and to please feel free to use them. Beyond that, he was exceptionally personable and talked with us while we grabbed a couple drinks and snacks. Bottom line, over the top customer service was well received and appreciated after a long day of travel and I would recommend this place to anyone.

The store itself is your standard location, but the full grounds are a combination. I enjoy a good QT for a variety of reasons including slightly cheaper gas, clean potties, decent service and the ole fountain drink station. This location checked all those boxes! The location is well kept, clean and stocked. Cashiers were nice and welcomed me in, were friendly at check out and wished me well. Grounds were solid, but I do wish they had a larger and dedicated area to take the pup. Overall, solid 4.5 for this QT location. Don't mind swinging back through when passing through in the future.

GREAT STOP There are…read moresome rules to follow when on a road trip especially with pit stops. Is the location easy to get to off and back onto the highway? Does it have cheap gas? Does it have snacks? Does it have a bathroom? These are the essential fundamentals of every good stop. I will tell you that this location covers all of those important bases. We were heading towards Chattanooga and I saw the gas advertised for $2.32 which was a great price. I'm glad I stopped because every gas station after that was almost 20 cents higher. I was really happy with the price we got for the gas, in fact it was the cheapest gas we got since starting in Chicago. This place is right off of the Highway which makes for a super fast pit stop. I don't want to drive more then a mile off of the exit because that just adds a ton of time to the drive especially with stop lights. While I was filling up the gas there was a giant poster advertising "Hand Rolled Burritos"! What? Come on! The girls went in first to the bathroom and reported back to me that they didn't see any hand rolling going on. What? Could the poster be all lies? When I went in to use the bathroom I saw about 6 burritos wrapped and sitting in the warmer, so they were ready to grab and go but no live hand rolling was seen. I did see one of the cook's in the Speedy Cafe actually making a pizza by hand. I thought to myself that was much better then a frozen microwave pizza. I didn't order any food because I typically don't order any of that stuff in a gas station. I've been tempted by the roller Dogs at many gas stations but I've held strong to not order them. This place has a giant Beer Cave which is literally cool but not when you're driving. So if your are local then stop in and grab your drink here. I was impressed by the soda machine. I don't drink pop anymore but was amazed with the sizes of the cups. I saw a giant 54 ouncer ready to be filled with soda or a slurpee. That's a lot of liquid. If I drank that if be stopping at the next rest area up the road. I will say that the Men's bathroom did have the smell of a urine filled subway station. I'd recommend a bleach dousing in here. Anyone listening on staff. I'd highly recommend you treat this room as a "Dateline" episode where you're trying to cover up a crime. This place is a great stop for some cheap gas. There is no choice anywhere when ordering, like on others, to click and choose to refund if the item isn't available. Their Speedy Cafe has that option, but not the Speedway store. It's ridiculous! And when you call the store to try and say no substitutions, they NEVER answer the phone. HORRIBLE SERVICE!

This location sits about 3/4 a mile off of Highway 24 on Main Street in Kimball. It is a fairly new location, only opening a little over a year ago. The store is still in good condition, well kept and clean. This location offers all the standards and classics of a grocery store plus a few specialty counters and even a Starbucks. One of those specialty items is a self serve cold/hot bar featuring chicken wings! If it wasn't 9:30 am when I stopped by, I would have scooped up a few out of curiosity for the ride home! There is a nice deli and hot meal counter that also features a small dedicated dining space just in case you wanted to "dine in" before or after your shopping. The aisles were well stocked, produce and veggies nicely arranged and fresh, good selection of meats and all around goods. Prices were a tad higher than I normally pay, but given its location and smaller footprint, the slightly higher prices made sense and were not enough to deter me. Service was okay. I interacted with two associates on the floor and a cashier. The cashier was friendly and helpful. The floor associates were less than, as it seemed like I was bothering them when asking where an item was. This location also has a fuel center. Gas prices aren't the cheapest, but they are competitive. Rewards program seems worth it, similar to Kroger relating to gas points. Overall, solid grocery store. When on my drives up and down 24, if the need arises, I definitely wouldn't hesitate to swing by ole Food City.
