I am usually a classic cold brew guy, but love a good nitro cold brew when available. Sadly this day, the nitro coffee was not available, so I went with classic cold brew with a bit of almond milk. The coffee was a bit bitter for me and while the almond milk helped, it was not enough to save it for me. Service here was a tad disappointing as well. Every time I call I either get extreme apathy, incompetence or just flat out laziness. The last time I called, I got a lady who must've been mumbling in her sleep because she couldn't respond to simple questions and when asked if she could speak up so I could actually hear her, she started whispering. I couldn't tell what happened next because she mumbled something and I asked her to speak up again and she hung up on me. We're talking about people that gatekeep your necessary medicines here not an ice cream shop. Learn how to speak clearly and with a volume above a child's whisper. I called back immediately of course because I still needed my prescription and this time I get a guy that's already pissed off and in a hurry. He answers the phone with a mushmouthed blurt so I confirm I called the right place and I get a sarcastic "yeah" response. I ask if I can get a prescription status and get an irritated "yeah". This is unacceptable and these people know they don't have to offer any type of basic common courtesy because it's the DMV of stores. You don't have a choice.
