I live in Texas and was about to make the 12 hour trip back when my son noticed what appeared to be an oil or transmission fluid leak. It was imperative that we get back because his graduation was early the next morning! In a panic, I called every place that was open at that hour and all were unable to help me until I reached Little Brothers. Avery was willing to take a look even though he was already covered in other work. Not only did he and Juan fix that leak problem, they figured out what was wrong with some other things (just got repaired after a wreck, and things were missed). Serious crisis averted, and my stress level was brought back under control. Most importantly, my son and I will make it to his graduation safely and on time. I wish they were in Texas, but I'm a lifer now when I visit Tennessee and I'll tell everybody I know who lives there the story of my heroes at Little Brothers!

This location is in good condition and is kept very clean, even the exterior, including the gas pump areas. The interior is good sized, well laid out and well stocked with all the goods! Being a Twice Daily, you get the extra offerings of the brand from a self serve food and drink area as well. Gas prices are competitive for the area. They are higher than you would get closer to the city or farther south, but for Franklin/Brentwood, they are standard. While I have never taken advantage of it, they do offer a car wash here too. Overall, this Shell/Twice Daily is a nice addition to the Carothers Parkway area. I pop by when I am in the immediate area, which houses a few medical professionals I see.

The classic self serve coffee, drink and hot snacks stations are available, plus a good variety of snacks and drinks, and for those who enjoy a good beer, they have the ole beer cooler too. Since being converted to a Twice Daily, the store is in good shape conditionally and for the most part, is kept clean. The restrooms and the gas pump areas are hit and miss cleanliness wise. Service is also hit and miss. I have stopped in early morning, and mid-evening, and had completely different experiences. One with friendly and welcoming service, the other with borderline rude, but definitely not-interested service. Overall, when in the area and the need arises for a quick top off, a snack, coffee or drink, this Twice Daily is a decent option.

This is what the car wash did to my vehicle. The machine that blows your car dry suddenly dropped down on the back of my windshield completely busting my back windshield out. Leaving glass everywhere. I went in the store to report this issue to the employee. He went to the back and I guess called somebody and came out with a Incident/acident report form. While I was filling out the report the employees was closing the car wash down and told me they have been having issues with the car wash. After filling out the report I ask the employee for a copy of the report for my records. He told me they didn't have a copy machine. What business in this day and age doesn't have a copy machine. Not only would he not give me a copy of the report he wouldn't allow me to talk to anybody concerning my issue. His response was somebody would contact me. So they just left me sitting there with a busted windshield with rain on its way all weekend. No one ever contacted me and after getting the run around they said they wasn't responsible for the damages. So not only have I had to ride around with a busted windshield in the rain. I also had to borrow a machine from a friend to clean a ridiculous amount of glass up. Not to mention a deductible I have to pay my insurance for repairs.
