worst experience I've ever had with a pharmacy. the technicians are unhelpful and won't do anything…read moreto help you out. there was an issue with my prescription that I was told needed to be verified. so instead of calling my doctors office, they sent a fax. then told me at 11am on Thursday that they wouldn't be filling it til Monday for an antibiotic that needed to be started ASAP. so they told me that I needed to call my doctor because they had done everything that they needed to do. no offer of a few tabs to get me started until the issue could be resolved and no offer to call the doctor themselves. it was my problem and I needed to be the one that fixed it. even though I was sick. horrible customer service. the technicians at Whiteland CVS are nasty and hateful.

When I get there the cashier loudly and rudely says, Since you came over the wrong way, I'm taking this man first! The man hadn't even been standing in line, he was just walking up!!! I tried on some boots that I thought were super cute and we bought some ammo. I looked through their sale clothing and they had some really good deals like a Carhartt T-Shirt for women that was marked down. I ended up not buying any clothing on this trip but we will be back in. Plenty of parking out front of the store and they were not too busy at all. Also got the free popcorn, I mean why wouldn't you?
