Food was not good, portions are NOT proportionate to price, not good at all! In fairness we gave it 2 chances. First experience: We ordered 3 pizzas, I don't think there was a tablespoon of sauce on all three pies combined! Driest pizza I ever ate. The Sicilian pizza had almost zero sauce on it, and the crust was terrible. It was not crusty at all and it had the texture of wonder bread or angel Food cake. Sadly it was terrible. The two regular pies also had barely any sauce, and the crust was mushy and doughy, tasted like a microwaved pita. They charged $25.00 for a small pizza maybe 12-14" or so, and there was a 2" wide crust around the entire pizza. They plop the toppings in the center, obviously they are skimping on toppings and capitalizing on the up charge. 2nd experience: no change, food was not good, dry pizza, dinners were mediocre at best. This first review is based on an order via Doordash delivered to our home. Next time, we will eat at the establishment. Vodka Pie was delicious. Fantastic creamy vodka sauce and cheese. The dough was on the softer side. I ordered their Meza Luna appetizer. Three large breaded mozzarella slices with a side a fresh marinara. It was different from regular mozzarella sticks. Believe the hype for all things pizza. We have been to Manzano's multiple times and have never been disappointed. My favorite experience has been to sit outside in the evening sun with a white Diablo pie listening to Sal sing. It is such a vibe, truly love it! Food is good, service not so much. It is Saturday night at 6pm having a small party. Ordered a couple Pizza's from here using an app. Went to pick it up, got a text as soon as I walked through the door indicating order was cancelled. The jerk behind the counter tells me they ran out of Pizza dough for the weekend. Really? That was not bad enough but the jerk/owner did not give a shit. Last month I spent a large amount there for a party which I Pointed and his response was more or less, so what. When I left I said I was not coming back he said Ok Good! A hole! Their pizza is incomparable, but be prepared that it will cost you a pretty penny, and also be prepared to wait upwards of 2hrs for a delivery. While you can still get a reasonably priced pie in the neighborhood, it won't be near as good as Zano's. Taste, texture, ingredient quality.. 10/10. Not sure what happened on this last order. They totally changed their Grandma pie to this cracker crust. The eggplant roll was so undercooked and filled with ricotta, basically a raw calzone. Best pizza in New Jersey! In fact better than New York! Ordered my favorite broccoli rabe white pie and it was delicious, crust nice and cooked and crunchy and ricotta was creamy! We also has Quattro stagione, broccoli rabe and sausage egg rolls and buffalo chicken eggrolls. We waited a bit but we don't mind waiting for delicious food and they were very busy. I've been coming here for the past month. This is honestly one of the best pizza places in Jersey. I live in South Jersey and it's been very hard to find good pizza. I am originally from North Jersey and family from Brooklyn. It's almost impossible to find something good down here. They even do gluten-free pies and it was absolutely amazing. Quite honestly this whole experience was disappointing. I ordered 6 pizzas the other day (4 cheese, 2 margarita so nothing crazy) for them all to come raw and doughy. As soon as we opened the boxes to see this after waiting nearly 3 hours for the pizza to be delivered, which wasn't even our biggest issue, I did not let anyone eat a single slice of the pizza. I instead was on the phone with slice, their online ordering service, to try and resolve the issue in any way possible but was told "the restaurant said they cooked them long enough". I will not give up on seeking a proper and fair solution to this issue. Please see the pictures added and tell me if you would serve that to all your friends.
