I love having access to all of the facilities upon booking a service. At check in you are given a bag with robe and sandals and a key to store your belongings in the on site locker rooms. Three parts - a sitting area (and benches outside as well); shower complete with shampoo, body wash and conditioner; and sauna itself. The heater, rocks and ladled water did its work. Walked out totally relaxed. Complimentary chocolates, nuts and pineapple tea. I have only one suggestion. Please don't use the small bottles of water. They cause so much plastic waste.
