They mentioned he is more likely to get cavities due to the deep grooves and she could clean up the teeth and re seal them. 35$ later he's good to go! One of the women also kept telling her to move over while assisting another patient even though she was not in anyone's way. The entire interaction felt disrespectful, dismissive, and targeted. Instead of making parents and children feel welcomed, the atmosphere was uncomfortable and hostile. She even spoke with the owner afterward because the treatment was so unacceptable. No parent should be treated that way while trying to get care for their child. Based on what I witnessed, the front desk staff seriously need customer service training or to be replaced altogether.

Fast forward again to July 2025, I am scheduled for an appt on the 21st. This time I call the office prior to my appt and STILL no credit. My insurance paid them $227 which should now be a credit on my account. I am furious. I cancelled my appt and I will no longer do business with these people. My children loved it and even after their treatments they absolutely love coming in for their check ups. From having to go thru a very tragic experience to finding a dentist who actually loves what he does and you can see it in how he handles each child and procedure it's the best feeling ever.
