Run do not walk. Horrible experience with this practice. There has to be a better urology doctor…read moreout there. Issues that I experienced - Inability to do basic insurance and pre-certification paperwork. Not methodical and lacked overall attention to detail. And clearly not trained in the pre-certification process. Or is it the processor with a limited skill set for her job? A myriad of issues. My situation - I was scheduled for a (2) part surgery. I completed the first part of surgery (a trial) which out of pocket cost was $2700. Cost was also not shared up front as standard professional courtesy. But after dealing with the practice - truly not surprised. So understaffed by quality people that care about the patient. And inability to do their jobs effectively and accurately. Their mantra - Always pointing fingers...For step (2), pre-certification was needed again. The person that handles for the office is inexperienced and new to doing the paperwork. Continually told me that she recently started doing pre-certifications and also scary - someone else started mine who is no longer there. As a patient - it is not my problem. Such a disservice to the customer. After two weeks, received a denial because the office did not provide the test results from the first part of the surgery (an important part of the approval process for step 2). Interestingly and sadly, after the first part, no one from the office ever followed up with me to check how the surgery went until I escalated the pre-certification for step 2. The denial went to medical review and is pending. When you call the office, you get brushed off and experience rude attitudes not fully understanding that I am now out $2700 due to them not at least submitting the results of the first surgery in a timely manner (prior to the denial). Should never have decided to do this surgery with this doctor. They clearly are not experienced with this type of surgery if they did not know that the test results should have been submitted with the pre-certification request. It is truly appalling the limited service that this practice provides. I would strongly suggest researching other practices. Take it from me before you are also out $$$$'s. This doctor's office needs a lot of improving if they are going to support patients in a professional manner- both healthcare and insurance.

That doctor was rude, disrespectful, and crass... we felt hopeless but we both decided we would seek another option. After going by my mother-in-law's office, while we were all disappointed, we were both looking for options online and both came across Dr. Daniel at the same time and the stories and uplifting messages were exactly what we were looking for, like a spotlight shining down on that phone number to call! The receptionist was very compassionate and said that since we had driven that far, she would make sure he stayed in the office after he finished the procedure he was working on if we wanted to head that way for a consult (same day!!). We were never rushed or pushed for a commitment, but Dr. Daniel spent nearly an hour with us and even prayed with us before we left. Within a few days we found resources to make it possible and every single person on staff was amazing! We knew we were in great hands but they kept us encouraged throughout the process and remained compassionate even after the appointment and any time I called with questions! It's not like others who will not return your call once they have the money... they were happy to hear from us each and every time we called with questions, pre and post procedure! It took us a little while to get my motility back to normal, but my regular urologist put me on Clomid, which boosted my motility from almost 0 to normal within 3 months!! I had also been taking Fertilaid and Motility Boost to help. We are now expecting for Fathers' Day 2015!! Thank you so much!!! My wife could not be a mother without your help! We are forever grateful and you guys are like family to us! We will send pictures as soon as we can!

However, this medical practice is the exception in our singular experience and, this practice is, for all practical purposes, is the "only game in town" in this category of service. If you deal with this practice, you may get timely service if you deal with a PA-C and not the doctor. It's common to find large crowds in the waiting room. If you go to a Urgent Clinic in this area for a urological issue, they will refer you to this practice. Our experience here, with only one doctor, is the doctor believes their time is more important than your time. In our experience, appointments with doctors run 1-2 hours late, again, because their time is more important than you and your time. After all, they're doctors and in their mindset, they are more important than you. If you can find an alternative --- go. If you don't need a urological service, don't use this one for preventative care.
