This law firm did an amazing job and handling all the paperwork between the federal government and myself I have nothing but praise for them. Because of my exposure, I was looking for a really fair minded, professional, organized law firm that could take me from earliest negotiations right on through to final sale! And this is what Maatuka Al-Heeti Emkes and her amazing staff did for me! After coming out of a 30-year marriage and subsequent divorce, they made me feel certain, assured -- they made me feel empowered! Gave me the drive to finish something I'd never done alone and wasn't sure I could do! They helped me make a start on a brand new life and with that, they helped me build a home. =) And I will tell you this much, as the newly single, scared and unsure, price was absolutely a factor (anyone who tells you any different is a Rockerfeller of the atypical kind ;D). But MAE Law Firm (as they often call it) was absolutely spot on as far as that score! They were so fairly priced, and for all of my worries, they made me feel like very special client, even though they'd never be able to pick me out of a crowd! Even though I'd never spent a moment in their offices! It looks like there has been some kerfuffle here - that I absolutely cannot speak to! -- but I just wanted to say that from my experience and in everything that happened for me, my experience was very dissimilar to those in the negative. And price-wise, $500 was my entire bill for the time and attention Ms. Emkes gave to my project. In comparison to her competitors, it was well below any other quote I'd received.

My view was obscured by vegetation and he made no effort to slow or otherwise avoid the accident when it was readily apparent he had plenty of time to react. I bumped into Ruth in the courthouse while waiting for my first hearing, having decided to contest the citation. She immediately agreed to take up my case and even did so pro bono as I am a senior citizen with a long history of community service. I gathered evidence, she organized things, and even suggested that the charges might be dropped prior to the trial. The state was apparently persuaded that it would indeed be a waste of the judge's time and Ruth called me the morning of the trial to let me know the trial was cancelled due to the charges being dismissed. Ruth's effective representation gave me peace of mind and led to a good result. You'd be hard-pressed to find a better attorney to serve your needs regardless of what you can afford. See Ms. Wyman if you need an attorney for the many diverse areas of law she capably represents her clients. If your native language is Spanish or it is useful to have someone who speaks the language involved on your behalf, Ruth is a fluent Spanish speaker, too.

Her message and delivery was received to end the worst year of my life and to take next steps to move forward She continues to be available if I need her. I will forever be grateful.

I've worked with Evan Bruno before. He did me good. No complaints. This time, I was pretty sure I was cooked. To the point I had even broke the news to my family that I would probably have to go away for a while. I don't wanna make this about me not going to jail bc everything is relative...you know what you did or didn't do... That being said, this is about his conduct in total: professional and super informative. Upon first meeting and hearing how much he was going to charge, I may have threw up in my mouth a little but like they say; you get what you pay for. After doing more research and a consultation, I paid. He told me I was in good hands but I was still super apprehensive. He did not lie. From the little things like a day or two before every court date, getting an email letting me know where to be/what time/what was going to happen, to being presented all options, and being given his professional opinion...and personal if I'd ask. Showed up on time and ready to each and every court date. The one time he had to sub, he informed me prior. There were no surprises. I'm EXTREMELY satisfied with the outcome of my case and his conduct. I hope I never need this man again I promise but if ever you find yourself in a situation and need a lawyer you can count on, he did not disappoint...pay the man!
