We all had the Elmacioglu iskender which is different than the regular one by having egg plant and inegol meatball. It was a quality one and we were all satisfied with it. But it was not so different than any other quality iskender you can have in other cities. We also had ezme salat to share. It was different than the eastern style with more tomato flavor. But it was certainly good. We had iskender ayran (yogurt drink). Goat yogurt made the taste different than the regular ayrans. Employees were helpful, but not cheerful and looked tired at around the noon time.

The hanging lights inside restaurant really set the atmosphere and just added to the experience for me. They definitely get it right when it comes to decor. Some parts of the outside area was under construction when I went, however. They are known for their Iskander and it was very clear why. The dish was full of flavor and satisfying in every way. It was a great dining experience overall.
