I paid their 50$ fee for canceling my appointment. Third now they want $200 appointment fee. People without power will always come before a Dentist appointment, if you don't understand that I will find a new dentist. The only recommendation I will give this business is the dental hygienist did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth. But then again every dentist has good hygienists.

I came in for an extraction on my upper right molar 2025. I had Dr. Allyssa who numbed me up and…read moreproceeded to work on removing my tooth. 30-45 min later I was becoming agitated and she was actually straddling me on the chair trying remove the molar. I was distressed and disoriented by the time she removed it. She then told me there was a piece that broke off and kept trying to find it. She finally said i'm pretty sure I have it" and let me go home. I drove home and began getting pain and was hysterical with pain by the time my husband came home and called 911! We called The office and went in for numbing the area instead of going to hospital. I eventually went to oral surgeon with horrible pain and went thru a bone graft and reconstructive surgery to close two ruptured sinus cavities. It has taken a year of many specialist apts; eye, thyroid, sinus problems and infection. I went to talk w Ruffino and he was uninterested in helping me financially thru this ordeal. "The Gentle Dentist" I had previously had issues with a few dentists that claimed to be the same... they would take care of you, make sure you were as comfortable as possible. Well, that wasn't the case at the other places that I had tried out for being a dentist. To be frank, I have a horrific fear of going to the dentist. Why that is? I have no idea... maybe its the fact that for some reason its painful... you're vulnerable... you're trusting those other people to do what they need to do so that you can continue being able to eat and do it without having any pain in life. From my first meeting with Dr. Antolak, I knew that this was going to be a completely different experience than any other dentist office I had ever been to. He sits down with you, gets to know you, actually listens to everything that you are worried, concerned, or that you have questions about. He will explain everything in terminology that you can understand, and he does everything in his power to make sure you're comfortable. The staff themselves are amazing. They remember you, they know your personal details, but most of all they put your dental health in front of everything else... They don't suggest having work done that isn't necessary. Another key reason why I had found Dr. Antolak is that he has been trained in Sedation Dentistry. Basically it is summed up that if you have fear of going to the dentist, have had bad experiences, or have severe anxiety like myself... they can provide you with medicine that will allow you to 'sleep' through your appointment. You go in, take some medicine, get all relaxed, lay back in the chair.... and then that is it. Everything is done. I could probably sit here for a while and rave about how kind and friendly everyone at the office is, but I would say that if you are in the search for a dentist... Dr. Antolak should be at the top of your list of dentists to check out in the area.

Missing authentic human element. Office staff is compiled of people jamming emails, text messages,…read morepasswords, logins, and iPads in your face. I get "paperless," but come on now! When I called to make an appointment for my husband and I, I told them I didn't want passwords and logins for anything. I was originally told that wouldn't be a problem. 20 minutes later, I start getting calls and texts demanding our emails. Even though, I didn't want to communicate with email I called them back with it. I still received SEVERAL phone calls and text messages about them wanting my email. It was very high pressure! Not a "gentle" experience. It was as invasive as a door to door sales that pushed their way into your front door and wouldn't leave. I called to let the office know that the new patient forms indeed required additional logins and passwords. Instead of offering an alternative solution, the rude staff said "well then this isn't for you." I guess it's the right office for you if you enjoy high pressure, constant harassing contact via EVERY form of communication without stopping and if you collect usernames and passwords. This office is the very definition and experience of why many people don't use their dental insurance.

I had given up looking for a solution until my previous dentist recommended Dr. Haddad. I am now chewing without pain for the first time in decades. The price was astronomical, ( I actually waited a year to get the financing together for the crowns and the nighttime appliances) but worth every penny. The offices are competently staffed, extremely clean and professionally run. Dr. Haddad was extremely helpful in keeping my stress levels down by prescribing me some meds before the work prepping the teeth was done. A special thank you to each member of his team. I now continue with the practice for maintenance, with the same impressions I've had all along. I can't recommend the practice highly enough for anyone, but especially for dentist-avoiding patients as you feel at ease and pain-free whatever the procedure-from expert cleaning, cavities, extractions, to bone graft and implants, etc. Also, clear instructions, careful follow-up, and availability for questions or the unexpected. I feel that all the team is exceptional in terms of skill, know-how, and professionalism while having a consistently friendly and caring approach to patients.
