I love his new location, first of all it's a one story. Building with parking as close to right in front of the door. I do not miss circling the parking lot at the pavilion behind MMMC, or that ancient elevator LOL the waiting room is much bigger and there's a little more privacy at the counter. I have now been a patient of Dr. Rozier's for 9 years, he's a young doctor that's always up to date on the latest options. I live in far north Fort Worth near Roanoke and have been making that drive of a little over an hour for almost 6 years because I trust him, and I really like his entire staff, his medical assistant is so kind and pleasant, and wonderful about returning calls as well as conveying information, she's been there a good while now, and I hope she's there for many years to come. If you're looking for honest (sometimes direct ) advice and care, if you're tired of going to "pain clinics" that are nothing but fancy pill mills, and you want to find answers, I cannot recommend Dr. Rozier enough.

The person I spoke with sent something that didn't have the correct amount that I paid to them. The itemized bill didn't have a description of the service rendered. I still haven't received an updated itemized bill yet. My payflex shut my card off and I ended up paying back the amount use to my card. All I needed from this doctor office was a bill with the date of service, description of office visit and the amount that I paid to them.

I insisted but later found out that they ignored me when filling out the intake paperwork. This resulted in a several months of calls to their billing department to get them to bill correctly instead of to my secondary insurance. I ended up paying for some of testing because they never got the coding right on it. Also, with no discussion of why or dosage or alternatives, I found that two meds were prescribed for me on the basis of my blood tests. They also made a referal to a cardiologist. That visit resulted in one medication dosage being cut to a correct amount and the other cancelled. Not going back to Healthcare Associates ever!!!
