I cannot recommend this agency based on my experience. My first impression was concerning, as staff…read moreappeared to be playing a card game while I waited at the front desk for nearly 10 minutes before being acknowledged. I was assigned to Dominic Strickler, who initially seemed helpful and discussed several potential job opportunities. I was told I would receive a follow-up call within a few days, but I never did. Despite multiple phone calls and voicemails, I received no response. I eventually drove to the office for an update. The office door was closed, and it took several minutes before someone answered due to the noise inside. Mr. Strickler apologized and explained he had been on conference calls and had not yet heard back from the employer. He assured me he would follow up by the end of the day after sending another email. Unfortunately, I never received that call. Two weeks later, I received a text asking if I was available for a phone call later that day. I replied that I was, but after following up several hours later, I never received a call or any further communication. My experience was marked by poor communication and a lack of follow-through. If you choose to work with this agency, be prepared to follow up frequently and manage your expectations.

My recruiter Katie Hinnershitz was a rookie. Another recruiter laughed when I said she was running my contract. The end my position, she agreed my last day was the Friday we spoke of. I left and moved away yo Michigan to later get a call from the client saying they still wanted me to stay. Now I can't work for Aerotek or the client because of her. They need to be careful of who they decided to hire as recruiters b cause you're losing us both money. They did nothing to fix it. No manager contacted me, I would never say one good thing about this company or reference them.
