I…read moregot his info from the apartment manager and I knew he worked with the Manada Hills Apartments before to clean the apartments. I've already started cleaning my apartment by myself and 80% was done. I wanted Dwight to clean the apartment perfectly the way the landlord wanted it so that I could get my deposit back. I scheduled a cleaning after I moved out and left PA. Apparently, he went there late in the morning and left the apartment 2 hours later and then he took pictures of the bathroom and refrigerator that I cleaned thoroughly by myself and he claimed he cleaned it. I trusted him as he worked with the Manada Hill apartments before and I thought he is not going to ruin his relationship with them and I fully paid him. The apartment manager visited my apartment a day after he cleaned and sent me a few pictures. She said he did nothing there and don't pay him until he return to complete the job. I contacted him and asked him to return and clean it thoroughly. Dwight said I did "Move out" cleaning and not "Move in" cleaning and they shouldn't expect a very clean apartment. I just asked him to clean the apartment. After I told him this is not right and this is not what I asked, this is exactly how he responded: "I will not discuss any further information about what was done and what should have been done. You wanted a move out cleaning, which was performed and explained. If they are unhappy, we provide different services that include a thorough and intricate clean, which would be a move in clean. " He never returned and the apartment complex deducted $300 from my deposit as you see in the picture. Please don't give any business to him. He is a fraud and lacks a work ethic. if you need confirmation, contact the Manada Hill Apartments office. They will they you the story. They told me they are not going to work with him again. I attached the pictures she sent me and the bill.

I had water damage in the basement of a rental property I own that occurred in early July 2021. The company came out to assess the situation in a timely manner. After weeks of telling me they were doing work and setting dehumidifiers, it turned out they had been doing the work on a neighbors home and not at my property! Despite this egregious mistake on their behalf, I was understanding of their mistake under the assumption they would surely finish work on the unit they were contracted to do work on in a timely manner. On September 13th, I visited the property and nothing has been done. Their machines were left running in my basement for weeks, mold is growing in the carpets and the walls, and they will not return phone calls or even attempt to rectify the situation. Jason Roberts, the general manager has told me twice they will be out to the property and has clearly not shown up on either occasion. Dave the owner is lackluster and was not even aware that the work was not completed and seemingly had no idea they even made a mistake. Below are photos of how my house now looks after approximately 2 months of their neglect... Do not hire this company.

was looking for a cleaning service for my elderly parents. I don't live in the area so I had no…read morecontacts. I looked at Yelp and saw that Brimin Cleaning Services had excellent ratings. (I later looked at Google and Facebook which confirmed these ratings). I messaged the company and Brian got back to me shortly. I told him what I needed and asked for a quote. He said that he needed to see the home before he could quote a price. Brimin's protocol when taking on a new house is to first do a ceiling to floor deep clean to get everything up to their standards and then they schedule you for your next regular cleaning. Even though I was only in town a couple more days and Brian had morning until evening jobs, he still took time on Saturday to stop over with his wife and business partner, Jasmin, so I'd have a chance to meet them. I introduced them to everyone then Brian and Jasmin went around the house assessing what it needed for a deep clean and what it would need on an ongoing basis. When Brian got back to me with the estimate i was a little surprised by the cost. I guess I just didn't realize the amount of love the house really needed. My dad, on the other hand, flat out said no. He wasn't completely on board in the first place. I talked to Brian, told him our thoughts and concerns and we were able to work out something that we all could agree to. Brian and Jasmin came yesterday. They spent a combined 8 hours cleaning. I called my mom after they left and she could not stop raving - her chandelier sparkled, her kitchen light fixture was much brighter, they picked up everything and dusted underneath it (and there is A LOT of "everything"!). She just went on and on. And then on and on for a couple more days. She really enjoyed talking with Brian snd Jasmine (Brian did (very kindly) mention that my parents are quite the conversationalists - they will talk your ear off if you let them!) My brother happened to stop by while they were still there. He said he was very impressed with their work and he really felt a good vibe between them and our family. His opinion means a lot to me - he's an extremely hard worker and has exacting standards. For him to admire someone else's work says a whole lot. My dad was happy enough that he has agreed to monthly cleanings - we were hoping for twice a month but this is huge for him and we'll take those baby steps. I'm thrilled, but more in a selfish way, now I won't need to spend my visits cleaning nonstop! Please, if you are looking for a cleaning service and only make one call, make sure it is to Brian Brimin. You won't be sorry. (Update since I wrote this...unfortunately, my parents have both had major health issues since Brian and Jasmin were there last week. They are both headed to rehab for a few weeks to gain strength. We've finally convinced them that they really just can't live alone anymore so coming home to live at all is in question. No, you can't have their spot yet though, after finally finding the Brimins, I'm not willing to let them go that easily. I'm three time zones away from Brian right now so I will call him in the morning. I hope that they are still willing to come out for their scheduled appointment. Although the house really won't need much cleaning, I hope they can help my brother and I with some of the big big jobs like windows and such. I guess I'll find out if they are willing to stay on with us in the morning.)

When Cleaning Service LLC came, they didn't say the job was a restoration- they said it was deep cleaning, didn't complain once and went straight to work. They worked hard 2 people for 11-12hrs and got my house sparkling clean in the formal living room, formal dining room, laundry area, downstairs bathroom, hallway to garage, kitchen, family room, upstairs master bathroom. Their attention to detail was amazing. They deep hand cleaned wall, wainscot, baseboards, window panes, window sills, floor, light switch plates, faucets, sinks, shower, grout, if it's part of the room, it was cleaned. It was AMAZING to see their can do no complaints attitude and the BEST part? What they promised, they delivered. Every room had cobwebs, mold, dirt and by the time they were done, sparkling clean. I gladly paid every penny for their cleaning service. THANK YOU Cleaning Service LLC for an amazing job well done! 5 star all the way!!!
