Regionally they have recently received highest accolade from both medicare and Independence locally This location has contacted every poor review on this yelp to have an open discussion about their experiences and how we can make it better ... not because we have to but because we have cared for this community for over 35 years - the right way ... we see over 4000 patients per month in this location - the 12 bad reviews are important to us I know for a fact all patients have direct access to physicians either through the phone service or through a doctor's phone number 24/7-365 ... they offer tele visits if you can't get in ... and walk in hours daily .... I went yesterday and I'm happy to say they saw me within 15 minutes, the front office and treating personnel were competent, friendly and efficient, and the space seemed clean enough. Anyway, I was feeling ill and they did a rapid Covid test and flu test, took my vitals, talked to me, gave me some advice and sent me on my way in 45 minutes. I consider that a big success.

The ladies at the front desk were very nice and the doctor was very knowledgeable and nice. The doctor spent a lot of time with us and determined that my son was suffering from allergies rather than a sinus infection. He did NOT write any prescriptions rather he suggested OTC meds to help with his symptoms, I found this surprising as most doctors love to write scripts!! All in all it was a great experience and, in an odd way, I look forward to getting sick so he can diagnose me:)!
