We were referred to Prime Flooring owner Rubens Filho by our D & B sales person Donna. She told us that she has gotten excellent feedback on the work done by his company. We called him and left a message and he responded within an hour. He came quickly to take a look at the job, discuss it, and take measurements. He told us he'd get back to us with a price shortly. He sent us a quote the same evening that was both detailed and reasonable for the work being done. We accepted the terms and agreed on a starting date based on the availability of the material. He called a few days before (he had been in contact with D & B Flooring to find out the status of the order) to ask if he could drop the planks off at the condo in anticipation starting the job that Monday. His team showed up on time Monday morning and immediately went to work, shifting furniture and floating the floors. The crew of Will and Nilo worked as a team and the floors went down even faster than we imagined, new wood work moulding was installed and the work was done quicker than we expected. Rubens checked in from time to time and answered every question we had either by text or return phone call. We were never ignored and it was a pleasure to speak with him every time we needed to. His employees knew their job and performed it flawlessly. We love our new floor and hope to enjoy it for many years.
