Upon arrival he welcomed us and got to work setting us up. He had a smile the whole time, and was so down to earth and friendly. He came to check up on our group during the game and offered a few pointers to those wanting some. As we left he followed up on earlier conversation about team bowling and even threw in a few vouchers. It is not often we are that impressed with such wonderful service, but Billy made that place shine!

When we went to pay for the 2nd game they told us we no longer could as they had booked out our lane while we were playing. We would have made a different choice from the beginning had we been notified of this.
