She went out of her way to show us all the homes that might interest us, but we did not feel pressured to buy at any time. When we found a house that suited us, Kathee was very knowledgeable about what to look for, not just the cosmetics, but structurally and with respect to the heating, sewer system, water supply. Kathee worked with the lender to make sure there was nothing that was being overlooked to delay the closing. If I had a question, she either had the answer or found the answer immediately. There was no phone tag. She returned calls ASAP. She took care of every nit picking detail ahead of time. When the VA appraisal was due, there was some question about the rails on the entrances being loose. Kathee drove down and repaired them herself! Kathee related with the seller, the seller's agent and our lender in a pleasant and professional manner so that little glitches were resolved and never turned into big glitches.
