She was moving in from Ohio and the long distance financing, I thought, might be a nightmare. He stayed in touch with me in every step and was on top of all the items needed to get this closed on the date specified on the purchase agreement. He did a great job and then surprised me by sending a followup letter to the client a week after closing, stating how nice it was to work with her and ME! I love that!!!! He does FHA, VA and conventional loans as well as is Reverse Mortgage trained.

She went out of her way to show us all the homes that might interest us, but we did not feel pressured to buy at any time. When we found a house that suited us, Kathee was very knowledgeable about what to look for, not just the cosmetics, but structurally and with respect to the heating, sewer system, water supply. Kathee worked with the lender to make sure there was nothing that was being overlooked to delay the closing. If I had a question, she either had the answer or found the answer immediately. There was no phone tag. She returned calls ASAP. She took care of every nit picking detail ahead of time. When the VA appraisal was due, there was some question about the rails on the entrances being loose. Kathee drove down and repaired them herself! Kathee related with the seller, the seller's agent and our lender in a pleasant and professional manner so that little glitches were resolved and never turned into big glitches. At point point, the appraisal was less than the asking price, and thanks to Kathee's professionalism, that issue was resolved with no hard feelings on anyone's part. And if that isn't enough, she has a great sense of humor! Fred Royce

Her communication is bar none. She provided us with great marketing data and consulted with us on how to price our home to maximize our exposure. Lanissa was hands on during every step of the way with excellent service and support. She made our home selling journey very easy. If we had stayed in the Billings area we definitely would reach out to Lanissa again to buy or sell a home. She earned our complete trust and we are Thankful to her for that.

Why wouldn't she have told me that before we listed - I would have postponed two weeks. I got the basic listing on the MLS and no further contact from her. She did respond if I contacted her first, however, never initiated the contact to check in or update me. When I finally decided to take the listing down, I got a very generic response from her letting me know she would send a document to end the contract and asking where to leave the lockbox key. It ended up being a very cold and disappointing experience working with her

It is our pleasure to recommend Travis Manske as a real estate agent for any individual or family…read moresearching for their ideal home in the Billings area. We were first time homebuyers and also looking to relocate to the Billings area from out of town. Travis worked with us to view houses over the weekends when we could come to Billings for a quick trip and with his help we were able to find and put in an offer on the perfect house for us within just a couple weeks after we started looking. We initially got in contact with Travis via a friend who was a realtor in a previous town we had lived in who recommended Travis as a good fit for us. They couldn't have been more right. Travis took notes on what we were looking for and didn't waste our time with homes that were out of our price range or not in line with our needs. He made appointments to view homes when it worked for us, but probably took away from his family time (sorry about that Travis!). We found Travis to be a highly attentive agent, almost as if we were his only customers, although we know that was not the case. He always returned phone calls and emails within the hour. We never felt neglected or unimportant. He is also highly personable with an engaging personality. When we ran into financing difficulties with the lender we started out with initially and were pre-approved with, Travis was able to help us out in a huge way with contacts he had with another lender that was able to work though the issues extremely quickly. If Travis hadn't been our realtor, it is highly likely the deal, not to mention all the time, effort, and planning quite possibly would have fallen through at the last minute. I honestly can't recommend Travis highly enough for helping us out in that situation. Travis is hands down the best in the business in our opinion and if we ever need to move again he will be the one we will turn to. Jacob and Jessica Smith
