Since then, errors have been made on my long term medications, but worst of all, their phone system only works 50% of the time. If you do get through, there is no option to speak to anybody. They have acknowledged their phone system is wonky but it's been a year and it hasn't been fixed. I'd hate to give up the people who know me and who have cared for me for twenty years but this is becoming untenable. If a medical practice won't answer phones I'm not sure what use they can be to patients. They have a messaging system but they require three working days for a response. Please, whoever is in charge, fix this. This is not a people problem, it's a reaching people problem. Rich, Dr. Reyna and the staff are amazing and helpful. (Tip: if you are lucky and the phone rings, press billing, you get a live person. Everything else is voice mail.)

Office was previously under the late Dr. Ernesto Quinto and recently with Dr. Wahidi. Dr. Reyna is one of the rare, hard to find gems of a Doctor, and a DO at that! He genuinely listens and shows an interest in all his patients. He orders necessary tests to determine concerning symptoms so an issue is not overlooked. Why?…read more Here are the issues with his office: 1) Poorly run front office with assistants who are barely capable and not service-oriented. 2) There is a constant push for botox injections as a revenue stream. You get hit with ads of women injecting botox in their faces in the waiting room as well as in each treatment room. Makes you feel like when you enter Costco with carnival-barking vendors asking you if you want to buy but I digress. Extremely unethical in treatment rooms as well as in waiting room. Sends wrong message regarding beauty to young women. 3) Super high charges for the most basic of services. Dr. Firoz capatilzes on this by demanding you come in for visit to answer any questions. 4) Dr. Firoz pretends to be engaged with patients but he is dimissive of my concerns. In one case he refused to examine my knee pain dimissing it immediatley and woukd not even feel the lump on my leg. 5) This practice is NOT officially under Sutter Heathcare. This office operates as an independent practice. I found this out when i requested my medical records when they were going to charge me for my own medical records. Summary: If you prefer high charges on you family doctor practice who cheaps out on qualified office staff and Dr. Firoz's grifting of patients on a daily basis plus obviously hustling his patients into the unethical application of botox for beauty, then Firoz is your Pakinstani physician plus his female Pakistani NP who is clearly the mastermind behind the entire botox push. My son suffers from a neuropsychiatric disorder associated with the auto immune diseases Lyme and PANDAS. It has been debilitating for 7 years for him. He had an episode in the waiting room, and after waiting nearly 20 minutes after our appointment was scheduled, we were told the doctor would not see my son. Only when pressed were we told that the doctor refused to see him because of the episode that they "saw" in the waiting room. We never received a follow up phone call to check to see how either of us were doing. When I went in today to pick up the hard copy of his paperwork they had it in a pile to shred (having put non of it in the computer). I thought part and parcel to their profession, doctors were to have compassion and concern for people. This one is obviously not one. It saddens me greatly. I will tell everyone I can to avoid this "Doctor" Unfortunately there are far too many doctors who is still do not believe that Lyme or PANDAS exist. If he is one of them all the more reason I need to do more homework before I make a new patient visit for my son again. And if he does believe they exist, then he is far worse than my experience has shown. The fact that he didn't even try to find out what caused the episode is despicable.
