After searching for a stylist that was not outrageously priced, yet was highly reviewed, I hired…read moreJessica. Her prices were slightly less than some stylists I contacted. During the trial she did two hair styles, neither was 100% what I wanted, but she planned to do things from each of the styles. She did my airbrush make-up, with false lashes, during the trial as well. After doing a trial with Jessica, I had concerns that my hair would not be exactly like I would want it, which was a true vintage style with 2-3 large pin curls and a high/big swooped bang (think vintage hollywood), but after spending $205 on the trial ($100 hair, $105 make-up), I hesitated to book another stylist. The day of my wedding Jessica arrived on time and did hair and make-up for my mom, sister, younger cousin and myself. Everyone's hair and make-up turned out well and Jessica did do touch-ups prior to leaving. My hairstyle turned out very well and I had many compliments on the vintage look. Jessica nailed it! She did however, leave before helping us place my veil into my style. My mom and sister handled it, but we were disappointed she left without helping; she did practice with it during the trial. We have received our wedding photos and video and I was disappointed to see that in photos taken 1 hour after my hair style was completed, the curl/bobbypin was falling out and sticking off my head at a 90 degree angle (we were not running, in the wind, etc.). This may be minor, but when I paid over $200 for a stylist, I'd expect my hair to hold for that time. Thankfully my mom and sister were able to fix it when I arrived to the ceremony site. Several other photos post-ceremony also have hair in the back falling out of the pins, which was very disappointing. The other's hair and make-up held fairly well throughout, but did have a few pins fall out as well. Overall I was happy the day of (which is what mattered), but disappointed after seeing the photos (which is what we have forever).

My friend is one of Georges best friends as well and she's been getting her head shots and personal photos done by Georges for a very long time. I was super nervous when I first started to take pics with Georges, especially since my friend and him had so much chemistry, were having all this fun and her pictures were rocking and rolling and looking amazing and beautiful. Georges was so cool, he helped me chill out and gave me great tips that would really make the photos come out the best they possibly could. It ended up being a really fun day and, of course, my pics came out great! I get an insane amount of compliments and rave reviews of my head shot and I feel like the only reason the picture looks so great is because of Georges. Legitimately, it's just an awesome photo and job done by him. I've had 2 or 3 different sets of head shots done by him, they're all incredible and I will never have anyone else do my pictures, ever again. We are giving 2 stars because this was a very important part of our wedding day, and those photos never happened. We had clearly communicated ahead of time that we wanted photos at UT Austin since it's where my wife and I met. We provided detailed parking information, and she mentioned that she had previously taken photos at the university, so we did not anticipate any issues. Unfortunately, she did not arrive at the university in time, and those photos never happened. It was especially disappointing because we even saw another bride and groom meeting their photographer who arrived as planned. Those pictures were meaningful to us, and there was no way to recreate that moment with everyone. It also put a damper on the day because the rest of our wedding party arrived on time and were ready for photos. It was awkward having everyone gathered and waiting without a photographer there, especially after we had planned so carefully around that location.She did offer to stay an extra hour for the after-party and to schedule another session on a different day. We appreciate her effort to make it right; however, after-party coverage wasn't something we had planned or prioritized, and it didn't replace the significance of the UT Austin photos. Rescheduling would have required another trip and redoing hair and makeup, and we were leaving immediately afterward for our honeymoon, making it unrealistic. Overall, while the final images were solid, missing such an important and clearly communicated location was very disappointing and took away from what should have been a seamless part of our wedding day.

Throughout every transition, we were met with the same thing: caring teachers, strong leadership, consistency, structure, and genuine love for our children. At both Hyde Park and Wells Branch, Ms. Brenda and Ms. Jennifer played a huge role in our boys' lives. They created an environment where our children felt safe, supported, and excited to learn every day. When our family faced difficult seasons, they showed us incredible kindness and flexibility, helping provide stability for our children when we needed it most. At the Round Rock AW Grimes campus, Liz continued that same tradition of excellence. She was always accommodating, compassionate, and deeply invested in the well-being of the children and families she served. Now, years later, I have re-enrolled my daughter Hana at the Hyde Park campus, and I was thrilled to discover that Ms. Brenda is currently serving as interim principal there. When I told my oldest son that Hana would be attending Hyde Park and that Ms. Brenda was her principal, his immediate response was, "Aw, that makes me really happy." That simple comment spoke volumes. Years later, he still remembers the people who cared for him and made him feel loved. The Hyde Park campus has blossomed tremendously since my boys attended. It is clear how much thought, effort, and care have gone into improving the experience for both children and parents. From the moment we enrolled, Ms. Brenda made the process seamless and welcoming. Hana received a personalized Stepping Stone backpack, a teddy bear, and a book as a welcome gift, which was such a thoughtful touch. That teddy bear quickly became one of her favorite possessions. What continues to impress me most is the quality of the people. Hana's teachers are warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in the children. You can tell they care deeply about their development, happiness, and well-being. That level of commitment is something that cannot be faked, and it's something I've consistently experienced across every Stepping Stone campus we've attended. I also love the daily photo updates and communication, the STEM-focused curriculum, the outdoor play opportunities, and the summer Splash Days that keep the kids active, engaged, and having fun. The teachers and staff work together as a team, and it shows. Special recognition should also go to educators like Ms. Lisa at Wells Branch and Ms. Olga at AW Grimes, who has dedicated decades of her career to caring for children through Stepping Stone. After experiencing Stepping Stone with three children over many years, I can confidently say that they have consistently exceeded our expectations. Our child loved every class they were in, and the teachers were always very personable but professional with us and (from what we saw) the children! If we ever need childcare again we will definitely utilize their services, and definitely recommend as they are a family owned and operated Austin business!

Ms. Amaiya has been outstanding with our daughter while she was in Toddler B. Our daughter loves her so much so that now that she has moved on from her class, she will still sometimes refuse to enter the new class unless Ms. Amaiya is there. She has been so great that she'll often at times help take her in the morning until her current teacher is available to get her. We are extremely grateful for her! Currently, our daughter is in Ms. Stephanie's class and she loves and trusts her as well. Ms. Stephanie has been incredible and is always available to give us updates on our daughter's potty training. She encourages her all the time to do things on her own and she's been so crucial for us in helping us potty train our daughter. The front desk of TLE has been amazing as well! Ms. Jessica and her team have done an amazing job and really have given a lot of consistency to the facility that we felt was lacking for a while. Seeing Ms. Jessica's and Ms. Phoenix's faces in the morning always lights up our daughter's face. We are moving away soon and won't be able to send our daughter here. We will truly miss the staff and all they have done for our daughter. They have made such a big impact on our daughter's and our lives and we hope we've made a lasting impression as well.

We hired Satori and The Blueprint Events for day-of coordination. We started with an initial…read moremeeting where Satori got to know us as a couple and what our vision was for our wedding. She did give us suggestions on vendors and a general timeline. We had a couple more meetings throughout the year and she was available for any questions I had along the way. I planned our wedding including meeting with vendors, negotiating and signing contracts, and creating a final spreadsheet with all of our day-of information and then communicated that information to Satori and her team to execute day-of. Overall, the service was great (and 5 stars!) up until the wedding day. However, the week before the wedding Satori unfortunately fell ill and (understandably) became difficult to get in touch with. I'm definitely not docking stars for an illness, but instead because we had signed a contract with Blueprint Events with the understanding that we would have a coordinator and one assistant available day-of. Satori was supposed to be the coordinator and Alex her assistant, so given the circumstances Alex stepped in as the main point of contact the week of our wedding. I had never met with Alex before and unfortunately wasn't able to meet with her in person and so had to run-down the wedding day plan over the phone. Alex did an okay job given the circumstances, but my biggest concern and disappointment was that she did not have an assistant with her. I had the understanding that included in our package (and confirmed by Satori when I had asked prior to signing the contract) was a coordinator and an assistant. Because we didn't receive an assistant (which would have helped with a few minor hiccups that day) I did ask for a refund to cover the lack of assistant. Fortunately, I was able to speak with Satori after the event about what went well and what didn't. Satori was eventually understanding of the situation and did give me a refund for the lack of an assistant day-of, which I appreciate. Overall, our wedding day was still great in every other way. I think the timing of Satori's illness was unfortunate (and obviously out of anyone's control) and led to a few minor problems that likely wouldn't have happened otherwise. I'm thankful for Satori's service and follow-up after the wedding.

She had planned to give the flowers to a floral designer friend to repurpose the flowers. Malleret doesn't allow attachments on their review page, therefore, I shall quote Malleret's response to the bride's inquiry as to what happened to her flowers. "I'm so sorry you were misinformed about where the flowers went. At the end of the evening all flowers were actually given to the guests. You can ask Art as he saw when I personally gave the flowers to your floral designer friend and other guests. The only thing we took back with us at the end of the night were the vases and the blue palm leaves. As a company we love and actually prefer when the guests take the flowers, since as you said they were paid for, and we love the guests to have that as a memory of the even. Again, I'm very sorry for any confusion there was around this topic. Marcela." My daughter-in-law then received this response from Marcela: "I personally gave your friend one and then she took the other two. My team offered her more; she said that was enough. All bridesmaids arrangements were given to your guests and the rest of the other ones (I can't tell you names, that is not for me to ask). The large ones which were the ones that had the blue palms in them, were offered to guests and your friend but were not taken. All of the vases are rentals and come back to us. The venue also requires all vendors to clean the night of the event, which is why there were no flowers left when you returned to the venue on Sunday. Marcela" The bride paid for the flowers and only she had the right to direct the flowers to individuals, even at the reception. My point is that the Bride should have been consulted on which flowers she wanted to keep. For this omission, I give a -20 review.

Travis arrived on time and had the tent set up days in advance. That night after the tenant was set up we got all the rain, the tenant was in disarray and the party was now the next day. I called the office and they sent Travis back out and got the tent back in proper order that day. Super Awesome Company from start to Finish! They left no damage to my property or yard even with all the wet areas from the rain. Use them go Local!
