It is sooo nice in here. Much nicer than a lot of the more expensive salons i find in the city. I only got a manicure but it was really relaxing with the background music. The girl I had, Tiffany looked really young but she did a great job. I had cut the top half of my nail off on accident while chopping vegetables and I was nervous a tech would just rush through it and file on the skin and not listen to me asking to go slow with that and not cut it. She was really good and was able to take her time to buff what was remaining of the nail out so although it's super short it still blends with the others. She even went back and added extra cuticle oil on to the exposed raw skin for that nail. They have an extensive selection for gel colors and are upfront about the varying costs. Great business model as well, with their loyalty cards and cash back rewards program incentivizing me to come back when in the area.

My gel manicure looks fantastic and was a great experience. Although the salon was very busy because it was Saturday I did not feel rushed and my technician took the time to make sure I was happy every step of the way. Right off the bat I notice my "nail tech" did everything backwards. Didn't get to soak my feet at all in the water and went straight into removing my gel polish after putting on the lotion on my legs. Only time I had my foot in the water was when she had to clean and scrub my foot . Not a relaxing time! While removing my gel polish she went over my nail and onto my skin multiple times that it got red and it burned when applying the alcohol wipes. I didn't even notice it bleed until I saw the dry blood. She rushed to do my foot that she barely cut my cuticle, painted over the nails and onto my cuticles, and barely even cleaned the paint that was left on the cuticles. Secondly, on the menu given to me the price was set to $39. When the lady put on the lotion, another staff walked over to ask what service I was doing to my "nail tech" and said "CHARGE HER $79!" Iiiiike whaaaat? My "nail tech" tried explaining that it was $39 for regular polish "that's why" and $79 for gel. I understand price difference between regular and gel polish but 4x more the set price? RIP OFF. I honestly think she was new because she couldn't even hold/ steady the nail drill gun.

I didn't have an appointment but they took me as a walk-in. The staff were very welcoming and the spa was very clean inside. The jello pedicure is exactly how it sounds. I put my feet in jello!! It was so soft and squishy and it really made my feet feel good. A whole new spa pedicure experience. I enjoyed being asked during everything if the water temperature was okay and if everything else was okay. It's always nice to be checked on to make sure the client is comfortable. I got a gel mani and pedi, which was $55 altogether. Anna was very attentive and efficient. I had picked out a color that is a bit sheer, and she had suggestions and did tests to make sure I was okay with how it looked on both my hands and feet. The job was very thorough and detail oriented, enhancing the shape and appearance of my fingernails while also taking into consideration the durability of the polish. On my left hand the sizes were fine but on my right hand they were a bit bigger than they were supposed to. I will never go back to this nail salon ever again, nor would I ever recommend it to anyone.
