I went in at 11:20 and was already paying by 12:07. What should've been a 60 minute massage was 47 minutes from the min. I walked in until the moment I changed got up and paid. At 135.00 a service you expect to at the very least get a full 60 minutes. Overall: If you are looking for a relaxing calm cost effecient massage. Go somewhere else there are many nice places with more availability that will even offer tea after a FULL 60 min. massage for way less. 2 stars for the heated bed, scented lotions, and smiles from staff

A month or so back when I called, I specifically asked for Gel X. Not acrylic. I do not like acrylic nor would I ever ask for that. This was a month ago and happened twice... You must have me confused with someone else but instead of trying to rectify, they try to argue and tell me I'm wrong when I KNOW I'm not wrong about this situation especially because it happened more than one time. For this reason, I'll not be returning. Absolutely terrible!! I called to find out a price for gel x nails and was told $50 over the phone very clearly. I then go in for them to laugh in my face and tell me "no no no it's $68, it must be a language barrier" and that was extremely frustrating as I heard them very clearly and I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and go to my appointment, where there was another woman complaining about them not being clear on pricing over the phone. But, I like to give everyone a fair chance, so a few weeks later, I called again and tried to come in when the same situation happened again. I'm sorry but that's not a coincidence.
