I really don't like to write negative reviews but since your teeth are extremely important, I felt…read moreI needed to share my story. I originally went in for a tooth being in pain. I've had the same night guard for 20 years and it recently got loose so I thought perhaps that was causing the pain. Got fitted for a new night guard. The dental assistant had some attitude, and it seemed she was talking down to her other coworkers. Since I was a new patient, the dentist asked that I transfer over the x-rays I had done at my former dentist. She said her office could help with that. After a few unnecessary calls and mails from her office, they finally were able to obtain my x-rays. Honestly, would have been easier if I had handled this request myself..... The night guard did not help my tooth pain, so I went into the office again. The dentist said I had gum erosion and needed to have my tooth bonded. I've never had a single tooth problem so I had no idea what this meant and should have done my research before agreeing to the procedure. Dentist didn't tell me how to care for myself after the procedure. I'm type A so looked up what I needed to be done for the next 48 hours. After two weeks I still was having pain from the procedure on top of the normal tooth pain I already was having. Was told by the dentist sometimes teeth are just sensitive, and nothing was wrong. I also noticed after my procedure that my new night guard didn't fit anymore. I told the dentist about this, and she said that isn't normal which come to find out it is TOTALLY normal and should have been mentioned to me before I did the procedure. I questioned if doing the bonding for my tooth was really necessary and was blown off and told to come back in a week if I was still in pain. Still was in pain so went back into the office again. Was told I would be meeting with a different dentist this time and they would be taking over my case....... She suggested that I go to an endodontist to see if I would need a root canal. We did a fitting again to correct my new mouth guard. Went to the Endodontist and he said my tooth was fine. Two weeks went by, and I still haven't heard back from the office that my night guard was ready. I called the office and was told they were going to look into in and call me back. The next day I still hadn't gotten a call so I called again. The person I spoke with story wasn't matching and just sounded that they were trying to cover up for the fact that they forgot about my night guard. I finally went in for a second fitting. Guard was still a bit off. By this point I'm over this whole experience and cancelled my next cleaning because I won't be doing business with this place every again.

Who falls in love with a dentist?.... ME I moved to Florida…read morein March 2016. Although I was vigilant about my oral health, I knew I had some dental issues that were associated with aging teeth ie: crowns, silver fillings. My previous dentist suggested that I find a dentist who specializes in restoration and preventative care. I began my search. Dr. Genninger came highly recommended from one of his patients. I contacted his office his technician listened attentively to my concerns during the phone call she invited me to visit. I do just that....I immediately felt comfortable. Best decision I ever made! Dr. "G" is a premier dentist. I truly appreciate that he stays current with today's dentistry knowledge. His staff is top notch and their thoroughness is outstanding. I truly feel like I'm their only patient when I'm there. I am HAPPY to have a healthy mouth and a GREAT smile ag

New patient here and I have so many good things to say I could cry!…read more I admit, My dental history isn't the greatest and I now have a bunch of old dental work that is failing me years later. Dental procedures have always been on the back burner for me unless completely necessary. Today's initial overview of my dental health contained everything under the sun: Cavities, swollen gums, fillings that were cracked, bite issues, questionable bridge work...you get it. Basically a 4/10. I got X-rays and tons of "before" photos/scans with cool high tech equipment, Hygienist came in and did her thing as well. After the doctor reviewed everything, she gave me my options of highest priorities to take care of and what they could get done while I was there. Today I got a deep cleaning on my right side and afterwards got a TON of mini fires put out on my right upper teeth. It was a marathon appointment. They worked quick and although I was there for a few hours, they really fixed so many years of neglect. I couldn't be more grateful to them. I've already called friends and told them they need to switch to this dental office. I have never experienced better customer care in my life. The sweetest staff you can find and that is especially important when you have 'dental insecurities'. I have a few more appointments to go to get to that healthy smile, but I am so excited I found these guys and just trusted the good reviews. I thought all day about writing this for them because they truly deserve every good praise in my opinion. Side notes: The building is beautiful! Make sure you follow their parking instructions so you can get validated parking. They bought me a smoothie because they knew I'd be hungry being there for that long.
