DO NOT BUY FROM MANGO OUTLET. I had an absolutely awful experience. Do not be fooled by the low prices -- the quality is complete trash. I ordered a large box and almost every single item was unwearable. Their customer service is rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. When I decided to return almost all of the order due to the horrible quality, I was shocked to find out they do NOT cover return shipping. I ended up paying $150 out of my own pocket just to send their garbage back. This company sells cheap, low-quality products, hides behind misleading prices, and treats customers terribly. Terrible place. Will never buy from them again. I purchased many items from them in one order, returned 5 and only got refunded on 2 items. ( I paid for the shipping, of course). Reached out to their customer service, provided the order #. They responded and asked me to provide the tracking number, shipping evidence, picture of the items, and delivery date. I have shipped the items. How do I take the picture!! All 5 items were shipped in one same package, and they intentionally kept the 3 items. So, i didn't get my refund, and they kept the items. Horrible horrible place. Maybe their staffs stole my clothes. (Just my guessing). It is not about money. What they did is just disgusting. read more

I wish I read these reviews Before placing an order on the Mango Outlet website! I read the "Returns by mail" instructions which said If you return the items without using the return label provided then, "Note that, in this case, we will not bear the costs of the return." So one would understand that Mango will bear costs of the return when using the return label provided right? Nope, that's on you! Of course that's made perfectly clear After the fact when I had to return the items that didn't fit. Oh and they want me to use the original oversized box to ship it back in so my shipping charges will be even higher. Do yourself a colossal favor and don't buy from Mango. Horrible customer service! Will never shop there again! It is not fair that Mango outlet gave me the wrong sizes and provided an undeliverable address. The return address on the return label, "MANGO RETURNS - C/O Carbel Easton One 1520 Van Buren Rd Easton, PA 18045"  is not deliverable according to UPS, so I didn't have a choice but I sent it to the address on the receipt. I also had to pay $50 for shipping since they didn't provide a prepaid label. This is an absolutely unprofessional return process. The email mentioned that my return box was delivered to their corporate office. Why can't they refund my money? This is nonsense!!! They need to Refund my money back or I am disputing all charges right away! read more

MANGO is 1 of the stores I never cared to shop at - not because I don't like their clothes, but because there's I think a single MNG store in the city where I live, & since these clothes are from elsewhere or 'imported', they charge like (currency converted to €) €30-€60 for 1 MNG top. I'm just not willing to shell out that much for a top (sorry I'm cheap), unless the top comes with buttons of pure gold. If you're in Barcelona to shop for clothes, you might want to check out this Mango outlet. I bought tops here that cost €9.99, tank tops for €3.99, etc. Some others go for about €19.99, more or less, but there's a pretty decent selection. There are good deals to be found. They carry sunglasses, formal wear, wallets, casual shirts, blouses, jeans, shoes, denim - everything. Visitors & locals alike (from women in their 20's to 60's, it seemed) shop at the store. No matter where I went in Barcelona, I always found my way back to this outlet. It might just be BCN's best kept secret. I'd find myself enjoying the beach, or La Rambla, or Barri Gotic, but somewhere in the back of my mind, behind my smiles, I could always hear clothes calling out to me from this outlet, & like in Manchurian Candidate, I would always obey. I must've returned to this store like 5 times. Oh those lovely, lovely clothes. I also shopped at regular Mango stores in Barcelona, but the best discounts (maybe these designs are older, not sure) can be found here. Be careful when selecting the stuff you buy, because some clothes may have some type of dirt/stain on them (the type that can be washed off) or some small form of damage. The trip is worth it, but expect to be pushed around a bit (other women shopping & salespeople returning clothes back to their proper racks). Love love love this MNG outlet. I felt mortified, then I heard another customer being abused and I knew it wasn't about me. they only allow 5 items in the fitting rooms. they say it is fine to leave stuff outside in a cart. but, THEY WILL REMOVE YOUR SAVED ITEMS AND BLAME YOU! This is a pretty popular chain in Europe. I've been to two locations, both in Barcelona, Spain: 1 at the BCN airport and the other by the beach located near the mall. Both places are nice and have quality clothing that are fashionable and in-style. The prices could be just a tad bit less, but it's a nice store. read more

It's a nice place with decent clothes for a fairly reasonable price. Maybe I'm just biased in favor of MANGO, but I like their stuff. As a guy, however, the selection here was rather disappointing. Only about a single corner of the store stocks menswear, and sadly the service I received here was not all that great either. This may sound petty, but one of the clerks told me immediately as I walked in the store that the dressing rooms were closed. OK. However, even when I tried to simply try on a jacket in the public space (not the dressing room), she approached me multiple times to tell me off and that I could not even try on the clothes. Overall, she was quite rude and did not even try to seem apologetic or understanding. I get that she may have had a long day as a worker in the sales industry, but that doesn't warrant poor treatment of a paying customer! I took my business elsewhere. I am very disappointed with customer service. I recently inquired about a trench coat in a particular color because it only came in that color and gave a description in details of the coat and no one can help. Now I know the coat exist because I seen a person and ask her and she showed me the label. Now if this is part of a line it should be somewhere in there system, even if they were sold out. I can´t find a listing for Mango for Men shop in Barcelona but want to write a review so just doing it here. I went into Mango for Men in the morning and really liked the look for the clothes. As I was busy I went on with my day and returned in the afternoon with every intention to spend a lot of money. I liked one of the leather jackets and at least one of the suits. But the service was so bad I decided to vote with my feet and left without spending a penny. The staff spend their time studiously folding clothes and running around with ear pieces (lord only knows why) and avoid any attempt to get their attention. I finally managed to stop one of the young men serving. I held a suit jacket up against myself and asked "what size do you think I would be in this" .....he looked, thought for a bit and then said "large", turned around and walked off before I could even hope he might help me further. At that point, I returned upstairs and left the store. While I was in the shop at least 3 men who worked there looked at me and looked away to continue folding or talking to their colleagues. What sort of training do these guys get. Given the economy in Spain is so bad and unemployment so high I am amazed they cannot find staff who give better service than you could hope for.....which by the way is what I got in all the other shops I went into and where I eventually spent my money ! read more
