The staff seemed incredibly knowledgeable and professional and although art store personnel can often be intimidating, everyone here seemed quite approachable and helpful. I worked with one young man in particular who I can't seem to remember the name of. (Which is such a shame because I'd love to thank him personally.) He was outstandingly energetic and enthusiastic about the art materials and I found him to be engaging and thoughtful. He had an amazing familiarity with everything in the store and knew exactly what I was looking for when I asked about materials unique to the area. His passion for the materials and authenticity in his recommendations created an inviting and truly pleasant experience. In fact, I had such a lovely experience that I signed up for Yelp just so I could write them a positive review!

I chose this place cause it is close to home. I like this place because even though my Czech is a…read morehorror-show, they were still ridiculously helpful and put up with my wishy-washy teacher mind. As the Christmas season is upon us I knew I needed to stock up on glitter and coloured paper. They let me spend a good 20 minutes examining each and offered suggesting and helped me get the best deal possible. It was pretty amazing. Needless to say, I will be going back.
