We will no longer be doing so. I would recommend an alternative if you can to avoid spending a Saturday afternoon in a disorganized mess. I would even be hesitant to attempt booking an appointment on other days given their inability to manage time slots and order of customers.

After that haircut, my confidence was considerably higher and was definitely more comfortable with my hair.
