KayJay, before being an AMAZING stylist, is one of the most kind and generous people I've met here in Vegas. I used to fly to Chicago just to get my haircut (that is how serious I am about my hair). Once I found KayJay, I knew I had found my new stylist. I am so very thankful for the marvelous work KayJay does and I can't imagine going to anyone else for my hair needs. I loved my facial so much that I also took my teenage daughter to get one, since she's beginning to have acne, and she loved it as well. We decided to try Brenda's skincare line, Skin RN, and it has completely changed both mine and my daughters skin. I also went to Brenda for Botox and she gave me such a natural result. I didn't want anything that would "freeze" my face and I still wanted expression in my eyebrows and forehead... she nailed it! I've been taking my daughter, who is biracial, to see Jessica because she's a true artist when it comes to super curly or course hair. Jessica always does a great job! I also began seeing her for my own hair needs and she truly has amazed me with her talent. Definitely worth giving both of these women a call for a spa day!!

My experience at Posare Salon was extremely disappointing. As a Black woman, I left feeling…read moredisrespected and treated differently, and it was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. Bliss, the nail manicurist, and Tiffany, the receptionist, handled my concerns in a way that I found unprofessional and dismissive. I felt that I was given inconsistent information about my deposit, and I had to push to have my deposit refunded. The entire situation left me feeling frustrated and as though my concerns were not taken seriously. Instead of making me feel like a valued customer, I felt unwelcome and disrespected. The way my concerns were handled caused me to lose confidence in the salon's professionalism and customer service. I cannot recommend Pasari Salon based on my experience. I hope management addresses these concerns, reviews how customers are treated, and ensures that everyone is treated with fairness, respect, and professionalism. Bliss message : Hi Phyllis, I need to explain something. I rent a room from the salon I work in, and they're not affiliated with my business at all. I do not appreciate you speaking to my receptionist the way you are and I kindly ask you to leave her alone. I communicated with you via text and never got a response. Sunday showed my message was read. Never heard from you. Tuesday came and I texted you again, did not hear from you until about 1.5/2 hours before your appointment but instead of reaching out to me you reached out to the salon. The salon has no control over my business, or how I run things. I am my own business owner. I just pay them rent. The receptionist is the kindest, sweetest, most loving person I have ever met and I will not tolerate anyone speaking to her any way but kindly. You are a grown woman and you are responsible to communicate with me about your appointment. You had every opportunity, considering that the text message I sent you was shown as READ. Blaming my receptionist and treating her unkindly is very immature for someone your age, and I would suggest some self reflection. I chose to cancel your appointment because of the multiple red flags on your part - coming the wrong day a week before, not communicating after reading my text on Sunday, and then not responding on Tuesday to my second follow up text, and then reaching out to the salon instead of me. I chose my own peace when I cancelled your appointment, because I do not believe you are the kind of person I want sitting in my chair. And this is MY business, not a walk in salon, so I choose who comes and gets to sit in my chair. Your money will be refunded but because I had already cancelled your appointment and deposits are non refundable my booking app is going to take longer processing it than usual because I had already opted to not refund it. I had to call customer care and ask them to refund it manually. Now I ask you one last time, please leave my salon receptionist alone. You have no business with her or the salon, you only have business with me. Thank you.
