I asked for several light pastel colors to be added in my hair and she used extremely bright, almost neon shades. Not only was the color terrible, but my hair was completely fried because she overprocessed with the bleach. It actually was starting to break and fall out while I was there and my hair was being blow dried after the bleach and before adding the colors. When I was looking for someone to fix what she had done I was told that it was completely unnecessary to have even used bleach and that she never should have attempted what I asked for in one session. I consulted with 3 other stylists about fixing my hair and all of them said that they would have told me they could not do what I wanted without multiple visits and incorporating different colors over time. Tracy refused to refund my money and was going to charge me again to fix what she had done that looked so awful. A reputable stylist would want their client to be happy and would at the very least fix the problem for free. Not Tracy. She also said that in order to fix my hair it would need to be bleached yet again. That was not accurate. I was able to see a stylist who actually is a color expert and he was able to bring my hair back to a beautiful brown without any bleaching. I saw Tracy in June. It is now November and my hair is still damaged and falling out in clumps. That is why I am leaving my review months after my visit. My hair was butchered by Tracy. It was healthy and strong before she touched it. To top off the horrible color job, Tracy had an attitude during my entire appointment and made me feel very uncomfortable. I felt so weird that I actually told her that even though I hated my hair, it was what I asked for, which it wasn't. I went in to say that I didn't like it and wanted it fixed as soon as possible because I was embarrassed to be seen in public. She wasn't helpful in discussions about what could be done and actually suggested that I use hydrogen peroxide on my severely damaged hair to help remove the designer colors. I do see she has many positive reviews, which is very surprising to me, but maybe she was having an off day when I got my hair done. All I know is that it will take a long, long time for my hair to be healthy again and I deeply regret ever having let Tracy touch my hair.

I'm a male, who just wanted a few highlights in my bangs, and a trim, which was $35. We didn't discuss the cost for bang highlights, but if I had gotten half my head done, it should still have cost only $105. During the process, she put half the foils I asked for, and ignored me when I said it wasn't enough, saying 'it would be fine.' I asked her to please give me platinum highlights, and when she pulled out the foils, my hair was orange, which she said would be fine, because she was going to tone it (which I didn't want, I wanted platinum hair, as I asked for). She finally finished the cut, after hacking away at my hair. -Not like a razor cut, which is evenly uneven, but from short, to long, back to short again, in a hideous, rat's nest of a cut, which had no shape to it. By the time my hair was dry, I saw it had been dyed to an orangish brown, and was an uneven color along the hair strands. I went in for a cut somewhere else, and didn't even say anything, but my new stylist immediately asked who destroyed my hair. She seemed to think I had cut it myself.. With the tip, I paid Priscilla over $200!! For the highlights in my bangs, and a men's haircut ($180 for the services). She said she would redo it, if I wanted, but it would be during some other appointment time, which I did not want to have to go back for. I was also not going to let her touch my hair again, and needed to get a decent cut somewhere else, in time for a memorial service. I used to do hair for a living, so, I'm very aware of when I've gotten a hatchet job, by a bad hairstylist. I would not recommend Priscilla to my worst enemy. If you want a hairdresser who listens, addresses your concerns, and gives you an even haircut, do not see Priscilla. I am very angry and disgusted, at the hideous hairdo, and the $200 I was overcharged for, and will never get back- I have seldom been quite this disregarded during a procedure, and I don't think I've ever had a cut that was this raggedy. I looked like I had mange.
