My nail tech this time was Sam, and he was super rude and kept getting extremely frustrated with me and the position of my hands/wrist. No matter how I moved it, it was never good enough. This has never been an issue anytime I have gotten my nails done & especially wasn't an issue when I got my nails done with Van. At one point, he stopped what he was doing, stared at me straight faced, took his tool and continuously kept tapping his tool in my hand until I "fixed" the position of it. He kept shaking his head & huffing & puffing the whole time. He told me not to look at him & even mentioned something about "fighting", but couldn't hear the full context. He never once smiled, or anything at the end and just moved on to the next person. Van had to stop what she was doing to check me out at the counter.
