Called on February 10th about home owners insurance and auto insurance they were able to send me a…read morequote over via email as soon as I got off the phone with them. 15 Days later I received a phone call asking if I was still interested in working with them I ask to be reminded how much it would be being I had also spoken with about 5 other insurance companies in the same day and it is 15 days later.. I was reminded and mentioned to Patrica Herburger the another insurance company was about $350 cheaper and I failed to mention to her that it was the same coverage that they offered. She asked me if I understood the difference and I said " You got it" and her response was "wow" and then hung up on me. I work in retail and have to make follow up calls on a daily basis and know how important it is to keep in contact with even a potential customer! Being My husband and I are buying a home a state away things have to be done in a timely manner and to me 15 days is an unacceptable amount to follow up with someone via email or phone. I also hope Patrica Herburger understands that it is rude to hang up on someone regardless of any situation. Her customer skills need attention!!
