Dr. Greene was able to diagnose my issue as a simple throat thrush caused by my inhaler after about 5 minutes of questions and inspecting my mouth. I have no idea why 3 other doctors could not diagnose this but, he was and very quickly. The entire office experience was great from start to finish and Dr. Greene is very personable. I felt as though he was disinterested and blew off my sinus symptoms. My PCP referred me to see an ENT as I am having and have had awful sinus issues. They have been getting worse as of lately and I feel miserable. I recently had a CT per my PCP and instead of getting the images from my PCP, he ordered another CT. He is definitely not worried about cost for the patient. I am a nurse and I am very aware of patient assessment. Other than looking in my ears briefly and briefly putting a tube up both nostrils to look at my sinuses and nose he did not assess me. It was a waste of my time and money. I do not recommend going to him. I could go into more detail of my issues and visit but i don't want to waste anymore of my time. I found another ENT that I will be seeing who has a hundred amazing reviews. Despite it being a month out, it's worth it to see a dr that cares and actually wants tot treat the issue. I was told to plan to spend at least an hour with this new dr for a full assessment and history. Huge difference in that alone.

She gave me a sample of Trelegy Ellipta and after just one inhalation, my lungs are feeling better. I was shocked. I have severe asthma, and I get chronic chest infections. The doctor will continue to work with me and do all necessary tests to get me feeling 100%. I had to wait an hour from my arrival time to see the doctor because they were very busy, but she was worth waiting for. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Then I called again a few days later to express my frustration and can anyone guess what happened?? BUSY, BUSY, BUSY! Left the message and no call back! Finally a few weeks later I was able to reach a human and got an appointment! When I got to my appointment they would not see me unless I paid a $25 no show fee! Wow really! I told them what happened and they basically called me a lier! Seems like a little scam they've got going on and would rather lose a patient then trust their word! I've worked in the healthcare industry for about 30 years and if my place of work or myself would ever treat patients like this or allow for the phones to be crazy busy like this etc. It definitely would be rectified immediately or honestly wouldn't happen in the first place! You win some, you lose some. Dr. Kim, the nurses, and front desk staff are both friendly and professional. I highly recommend. Also there is a Sprouts and a Trader Joe's across the street. So it makes my drive from Tampa worth while.

It was also hard to be around people during Covid with or without the mask. Alienating as it was, the cough made it worse. I traveled to UConn Medical Center, saw the most prestigious group of physicians and had every invasive test known to man that could cause a cough such as mine. Finally, I found Dr. Sher. My family and I drove to Tampa, and yes, Dr. Sher was not the most approachable physician I have been seen by, but he was interested ONLY in the cough. The staff was a bit rude, but he was right on the money. Although he is abrupt at times, he knows his stuff and for me, that is what I needed in my doctor. My cough after taking the prescription he gave which unbeknownst to him was not readily available down in S. Florida is working. Father and son allergists. Great family owned practice. I give them 4, rather than 5 stars due to…read morethe VERY limited hours of operation. Pros- Knowledgeable and caring doctors/staff. Everyone seems really happy (perhaps due to the 2.5 hr mid day siesta each day). I've been quite touched by how good the doctors are with kids and how they have made the office very kid-centric. For instance, the exam room cabinets are covered with drawings made by kids during their visits. They keep them so that next visit, the kid can find their drawing (I'm not crying, you're crying). Cons- the hours. Open around 5.5 hrs/day during the week (with a mid day closure from 11:30-2) and 2.5 hrs on Saturday. While I respect the idea of work life balance in theory (and when it applies to me, of course), I don't love it when other people's work/life balance inconveniences me! Something I am working on!
