After…read moreseeing a dentist and 2 oral surgeons without a solution someone finally recommended I see Dr. Greene. Dr. Greene was able to diagnose my issue as a simple throat thrush caused by my inhaler after about 5 minutes of questions and inspecting my mouth. I have no idea why 3 other doctors could not diagnose this but, he was and very quickly. The entire office experience was great from start to finish and Dr. Greene is very personable. I highly recommend him and his office.

I felt as though he was disinterested and blew off my sinus symptoms. My PCP referred me to see an ENT as I am having and have had awful sinus issues. They have been getting worse as of lately and I feel miserable. I recently had a CT per my PCP and instead of getting the images from my PCP, he ordered another CT. He is definitely not worried about cost for the patient. I am a nurse and I am very aware of patient assessment. Other than looking in my ears briefly and briefly putting a tube up both nostrils to look at my sinuses and nose he did not assess me. It was a waste of my time and money. I do not recommend going to him. I could go into more detail of my issues and visit but i don't want to waste anymore of my time. I found another ENT that I will be seeing who has a hundred amazing reviews. Despite it being a month out, it's worth it to see a dr that cares and actually wants tot treat the issue. I was told to plan to spend at least an hour with this new dr for a full assessment and history. Huge difference in that alone.

Dr. Mangat is funny, smart, thoughtful, and most importantly: highly knowledgeable. She helped to…read moreaffirm what I was already feeling regarding my allergy struggles (long story, but suffice it to say that I'm not the typical "needs allergy shots" patient). The staff was also very helpful and friendly. I read another review where the person said she can never reach the office. That hasn't been my experience at all. I'm happy to have found a specialist in St. Pete who I'm confident will help me feel better.

Let's just get the easy part out of the way Dr.M is great. She is very kind and knowledgeable!…read more And now I'll get super REAL!!!! The conversations I have had with plenty of people lately brings up the questions!! What the heck is going on with the healthcare industry lately? It just seems like a bunch of nasty attitudes, no follow through, chasing after getting the proper care, if any at all! I'm the patient! Of course I have to be my own advocate but am I supposed to do your job(regarding staff) chase after things getting done ex: getting medical clearance etc, if not doing it myself? This is just not this office but happening everywhere! It's so freaking frustrating! I have a full time job and several autoimmune disorders! I don't have the time to have to literally call and call to get the job done! So with this office my issue is that whenever you call it's busy, busy busy, busy! I'm having to hopefully find time out of my work day to get through to a human! If that even happens! I had an appointment and unfortunately got sick! I tried calling many times and it was busy.., shocker! Damn I over here super sick but trying to call and r/s my appointment! With no luck I left and message! No call back received! ... shocker! Then I called again a few days later to express my frustration and can anyone guess what happened?? BUSY, BUSY, BUSY! Left the message and no call back! Finally a few weeks later I was able to reach a human and got an appointment! When I got to my appointment they would not see me unless I paid a $25 no show fee! Wow really! I told them what happened and they basically called me a lier! Seems like a little scam they've got going on and would rather lose a patient then trust their word! I've worked in the healthcare industry for about 30 years and if my place of work or myself would ever treat patients like this or allow for the phones to be crazy busy like this etc. It definitely would be rectified immediately or honestly wouldn't happen in the first place! I guess I can be thankful I see this is how the office is run so I can move on to the proper care we all deserve! I'm just disappointed because the Dr is amazing! She's 5+ stars!

Good news was that I'm no longer allergic to walnuts. Unfortunately, I'm still allergic to soy and hazelnuts. Now I've also developed allergies to pistachios and Brazil nuts. You win some, you lose some. Dr. Kim, the nurses, and front desk staff are both friendly and professional. I highly recommend. Also there is a Sprouts and a Trader Joe's across the street. Lilith, who dispenses my shots, is someone I like and appreciate for her personable and efficient manner. She is thorough and kind. When I'm not here for shots, I'm here to see Dr. Kim or Dr. Degala. Both have been indispensable in keeping me healthy and breathing better. They are patient professionals who really listen and respond with personal solutions to help me become healthier and stay healthy. Their office staff, Madison and Jose, are fantastic. They are friendly professionals who are helpful when checking me in, out, and getting appointments for me that fit my schedule. The office is also comfortable, so if I do have to wait (rarely), there are magazines to read and comfortable chairs to sit in.
