    INSANE HAZELNUT ICE CREAM
    Josh A.

Best dinner in Sweden!!!!!! Literally the best meal I've had on this 8 day trip. Wish we discovered this restaurant earlier. The pasta and fish... INCREDIBLE. we ordered 7 scoops of their homemade hazelnut ice cream. Make this place a top priority... Would give it 100000 stars if I could

GET THE RAGU AT ALL COSTS

you guys. this was my first edible meal in all of stockholm. i was literally on my way to tgifridays and had lost all hope. ive never even been to tgif in the us so i really didnt want to start in europe and gave it one final last ditch effort to find something i could eat that wasnt covered in mayonnaise. i literally had a religious experience at mancini. i forgot what food was supposed to taste like. get the burrata (ask for extra lettuce), get the ragu, and get the hazelnut ice cream. most delicious meal of my life i didnt even have time to take a pic before we cleaned the plates with our mouths.

We left this restaurant with huge smiles on our faces after a delightful 9 course tasting menu. The ravioli with cheese & salvia definitely ranks among my best food memories. I particularly enjoyed the venison with wild mushrooms in black trufflesauce & the rabbit with veggies as well. The service was attentive & the recommended wines was really tasty. The atmosphere is a bit more upscale than your regular Italian restaurant.

Really nice cosy little restaurant off the Main Street. Waiter & staff are friendly. Seams u need reservations as it is popular spot but I arrived early and they managed to sit me (but told me nicely that they needed the table back a 7.30pm which was great) Small selection of pasta & risotto, if you are coming here, it's for the meat and fish, just delicious. Decent selection of starter. The menu is not extensive but it's a great sign, it means that everything is fresh! I had the venison and it was superb. Meat was tender and the truffle sauce was excellent too! Good selection of wine too (glass or bottle). AMEX welcome

Delicious food (I had the pappardelle) and great waiters. Down a quiet street as well which was nice. Recommend this to anyone in Stockholm.

I was flat out wrong... Fortunately we had a reservation and were seated promptly. We began the meal with drinks and an outstanding carpaccio as a starter. The drinks were tasty and strong, and as we started to feel them we began to look forward to our meal. We decided to share the Risotto with parmesan and asparagus - when it came it was incredibly salty - so much so that it was difficult to eat more about a third of it between us. We complained to the management about the high-salt level in our entrée, and they simply blamed the fact on the paremsan cheese. To be fair, they exchange our first entree for something else. That said, they refused to comp either they meal or another round of drinks and we left less than satisfied.

We had reserved a table at 9:30pm and we got there, hung our coats in the coat room and we were seated pretty quickly. The restaurant was nice and not too packed for being a Friday night. We sat down and the waiter came up to us and took our drink order. We all decided not to drink any wine so we ordered Regular Pepsi. The waiter came back with Diet Pepsi and we quickly caught on to that and got it adjusted to the regular one. Shortly after, a huge group of people gets seated next to us and the attention automatically falls on that table by the waiter. They all ordered wine and drinks and it became rather loud which is understandable with a sized group like that. We ordered our food but for some reason the other table ended up receiving their food quickly after they ordered. We ordered 3 different appetizers and the waiter brings out an extra one that we did not order. He said that it is on the house since he messed up so if we want we can try it out. So we did. Later on we realized he actually charged us for that order.... All of the food needed salt and seasoning to begin with, the only thing that was perfectly seasoned was the homemade butter for the bread. After about 2 hours, our food comes out and it is severely undercooked. We all chose the truffle macaroni plate. My friend who ordered gluten free food could barely chew her pasta and we requested a new order. The manager came up to us and said not to worry and that he would take care of it. Her second order came out softer but the food lost its flavor somehow and somewhere. Not once did the waiter care to come up to us to check on us but he kept checking on the bigger group a few times. I am not sure if us looking underdressed made us look less appealing to give good service to but it was something that wasn't right. We felt extremely singled out. None of us finished our food, we barely picked at it and the waiter rushed to pick our plates from the table, didn't even ask how we liked it or anything. We all left with an extremely bad taste in our mouths and we will not recommend this place to any of our friends or family. It is sad because we really wanted to like this place.
