Their service is terrible, to say the least. I dropped off my hard drive at the space reception at peter house on 16/05, I sent Tony Smyth an email on the same day reminding him that I have dropped off the hard drive. He replied with "We will be in contact once we diagnose your disk" on 16/05. One week later, they haven't even picked up my hard drive. I am not talking about they need 7 days to fix my hard drive, diagnose it, or even send it to their lab. I am talking about, it has been a week, and the hard drive is not even picked up by them. I sent them an email asking for follow-ups and they literally told me they need to contact reception just to see where is my hard drive. This horrifies me as the space reception at peter house is just an ordinary reception for the whole building, it does not even serve only the Manchester data recovery company, my hard drive is left there unattended for a week, I should be glad I am able to get it back in one piece. read more
