A friend and I spent a beautiful evening viewing Holiday lights from the Manatee Queen.. it was magical. The Captain and staff were very welcoming and friendly! The atmosphere was nice, music, and water, beer, wine... and snacks. The only critique is if possible - signage directing people to the pick up spot would be nice... The pick-up location address on a map shows the entry point east of the under bridge parking... (via walking directions on Google map). The actual pick up point was at the West end / back of the parking lot. We wondered past it thinking a pavilion was the parking ... then back to the lot & saw several people headed yo the pick up location st the end of the lot. read more

We had a truly fantastic time on the Christmas Lights cruise. The boat was festively decorated for the holiday season. A nice mix of Christmas music was played throughout the trip. The crew, Captain Dan and Lily, were perfect hosts. Most of the homes along our route were decorated; some more spectacularly than others!  It really got us in the spirit! They offer light refreshments and snacks which was much appreciated on the 2 hour ride. Also very much appreciated was a clean bathroom on board. Not only would we do the Christmas lights cruise again but we plan to do their sunset cruise when we return in March. read more

3.5 A different perspective on two mildly uninteresting locales. If there is any downside to the Jupiter sunset cruise, it's Jupiter's fault. Maybe there isn't that much to see. I imagine West Palm Beach is similarly uneventful scenery. Still, if you want to get out on the water and have a few drinks you could do a lot worse than these guys. Pleasant, amusing, and helpful with the drinks and the fresh fruit. The other snacks are missable. read more

Did the sunset cruise with my family to celebrate my dads birthday and we had a great time! The boat was full but didn't feel cramped. The front of the boat was uncovered if you wanted sun and the back was covered which was nice. There was a little bathroom too. The tour was neat to hear about all the amazing houses you drive by and who lives where. Mary was super friendly and wore so many different hats. Very impressive. She even cut up watermelon and pineapple and brought it around. There was fun music playing on the way back and the vibe was great. Highly recommend for a fun little outing and will have great memories! read more

Very disappointing. We booked the sunset cruise for the first night of our 4-day vacation to the area. They called the day of our reservation to cancel and asked if we wanted a refund or to reschedule. We went ahead and rescheduled for the last night of our vacation. On that day we drive all the way into Jupiter (condo was in Jensen Beach) and get a text about 45 minutes before start-time that the cruise was cancelled - again. At this point we can't reschedule again as we live out of state so I opt for the refund. We were very much looking forward to this experience and were quite disappointed it got cancelled on us twice (especially the second time since it was so last-minute). The only redeeming factor is they were very prompt with the refund. The initial refund wasn't enough but I reached out and they made it whole immediately. Just wish we could have experienced the cruise! read more

I took my friend for the afternoon cruise aboard the Manatee Queen along the Jupiter Island inlet. It was a beautiful day, enjoying beautiful views of the waterway, gorgeous homes, with wonderful narration of the history of the Island by Captain Dan with cheerful service by Tiffany. It was a nice relaxing afternoon on the waterway. The boat captain was very informative and humorous. I wasn't expecting the tour to be all about Jupiter Island's rich and spoiled. It's like the people living there are completely disconnected from the real world. I guess that's what make it so fascinating to some. There was a little info put out about the history of the area, but it was mostly a build up about Tiger Woods' life. I brought my parents out on the tour, but I don't think it was their cup of tea either. It reminded me of one of those Hollywood celebrity tours. I experienced it, it was just okay. Extremely disappointing. We booked the 2pm cruise around Jupiter Island in August and were really looking forward to it. No sooner did I receive an email reminder on the morning of the cruise, then at the last-minute the cruise was cancelled due to low guest count. As evidenced by other similar reviews, this is a repeat pattern for the Manatee Queen, where guests are called with little notice prior to boarding with notification of the cancellation. The reservation agent said she'd be "Happy to refund me." I responded, "Of course I'd ask for a refund, you just canceled my reservation!" No sooner did I hang up the phone, then I received an email cancelling the cruise due to "inclement weather," which was absurd since it was a perfectly sunny day. We were very much looking forward to this experience and were extremely disappointed about the last-minute cancellation; had we had more forewarning, we could have made alternate plans. On one of the last days of our vacation, we were left without any plans, which is unacceptable. This is no way to run a business. I notified our travel agent of how Manatee Queen treats its customers. read more

Excellent value - 2 hour trip up intracoastal that resulted in dolphin and manatee sightings plus beautiful homes on Jupiter Island. Captain Mark was very knowledgeable and a great guide. We had a fun time exploring the waters near Jupiter Island. The crew were helpful, full of interesting stories and history of the area and fun also. The boat was comfortable and very clean. We were surprised to be able to have a drink and fresh fruit while out. Nice extra perk! Jumped on board with the tourists. Wanted to check out the river and there is no better way to do it then ridin' the Queen. We happened to call to check on the boats status for the day, good call. The tides had them shoving off 30 minutes later then advertised. We also got our spots reserved. The boat was filling up so we got on board and sat on the right side. It's a nice clean pontoon boat. Benches around the rail and some on the bow. It's a pretty good sized vessel and appropriately powered. Drinks on board, non alcoholic, some folks had wine. We departed and went up the ICW. Beautiful. Some nice spots up there, definitely the haves. The skipper new his info, gave nice talk, also kept an eye on the vessel and it's surroundings. That's important, there are some googans pushing big fast boats on that water. The trip ended well, no complaints, a 5er. It delivers what's expected, kinda depressing though not being a captain of industry and not having the ching to live next to Tiger. read more

Who wouldn't want a ride on the water on a beautiful day? The boat is a large roomy clean oversized pontoon. I wish I could say I could actually review the cruise but every time we call to book we just get a machine...We tried walking in and booking and once the guy who runs the booth could find the time to come inside and see who had walked into his office he could not have cared less to talk to us. He could not have given us a bigger blow off. He was the most useless disinterested individual I have encountered in the hospitality industry in some time. Brand new pontoon boat that holds up to 45 passengers very comfortably. Clean and convenient 'head' for the 2 hour cruise north up the intercostal. Let me start by saying if i could give 0 stars i would. My party had a reservation of 15 ppl for my uncles birthday. We were looking to go on the boat before dinner. So we end up walking my uncle, who uses a walker and is completely capable of getting on the boat, ALL the way down the dock to get stopped at the entrance of the boat by the capt. The capt says my uncle cannot board. Preface - we also spoke to management (if you could call it that) and they said they would make it work and they understood the situation. We proceed to get into an argument and the capt completely disregards our situation and says the boat isn't ADA compliant and is a complete asshole. Completely disrespectful. The capt unaware of the situation beforehand from his incompetent "management." This review is not a review of the trip, rather a review of the company, boat and employees. I am from Chicago and visiting family in Rockledge and Port St. Lucie. There was a total of 5 adults in our party and we all enjoyed the relaxing ride, aboard the Manatee Queen. We even saw a manatee! Our tour guide was knowledgable and humorous. I defy anybody to go on this tour and not enjoy some aspect of the tour or the boat ride. read more

Didn't get to go. We booked online, just to get a call back that "their system shouldn't have allowed the transaction". Not sure how their system online not working is our fault. Pretty upsetting. And why, if they claim more than one person was booking at the same time, did we get cancelled over them?
