These screens DO NOT stop rain from coming in, not even close. I sent a text to Guy & of course , crickets.

I spoke with two persons at Shutter Shop and was told there is now a service fee for home evaluation and also repair costs for involved problems. I was told previously that a LifeTime Warrantee was in place on several occasions and to date, this has been honored. Now being told differently. I requested a call from the Manager or New Owner and have not received a call to date. BEWARE -The original company was sold and things do not appear as they originally were. ADDENDUM: WE have since received an email from the GM of the Shutter Shop further clarifying the Warrantee which does not cover repairs, service charges and such although does cover the shutter composite and unit itself. A return email has been forwarded to him explaining that our decision has not been made, to date, in regards to pursuing repairs at this time with the Shutter Shop. The GM was furthermore thanked for his returning email.
