Closest AAA to my work and there's plenty of parking since it's situated in a super big plaza…read more When I came in there wasn't that much of a wait to be checked in and after getting my information, I was seated in the waiting area and it took around 15 minutes to be seen. However, as I was waiting, the line went almost to the door and all the waiting area seats were taken and the waiting area is a bit tight to be honest. This was around 30 or so minutes before closing. They can't kick you out when you step foot in, but just know that you might end up waiting 30+ minutes depending on how busy it is. Despite this, the customer service is super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They offer you water and are quite patient (especially after doing an inspection and me not knowing anything about cars). Huge shout out to Priscilla who processed everything for me in record time and was very professional and nice, correct some errors from the last AAA that I went to. Managed to get my new used car registered with plates in that singular visit in around an hour.

I gave them the opportunity to fix a mistake on their end that took months to resolve and of course I had to bear the costs due to their mishandling. One of the most recent issues I've had was due to my desperation of an sr-22 filing with the dmv which is the initial reason I made a call to my insurance office. My 6 month policy of insurance should coincide with my sr-22 filing. Once again, my liscence became suspended because this office failed to file my sr-22 report with the dmv in parallel with my policy that I have with them. When contacting the agent, she stated that I never mentioned an sr-22 which makes no sense as that's the main point of my initial call. Also, you can clearly see on my driving record that an sr-22 filing is required for me to operate a motor vehicle, why would you ignore that as an insurance agent? Once a licences is suspended, it stays on your record for a matter of years, this is nearly impossible to clear with the dmv which will them cost me more money today and in the future due to their multiple mistakes. They claimed they would contact me back and again, I havent heard from the office once. I suggest you go anywhere else but this office. My 6 year old daughter could probably do a better job. I'm furious, but I have to eat the costs. A part of me wants to file a report or even speak to someone of hierarchy at state farm to make them aware of my intentions of going to BBB or even filing a civil suit for what they've cost me.
