Adrian, the Office Manager, tried to help me out on my ONE SIMPLE QUESTION. I was diverted from Kemper customer service to their claims dept then from there.....told to call my local office. Didn't have that number on my policy yet had a 714 area code to call to. That one simple question was "If and when I get a crack/rock into my windshield....what would the deductible be with full coverage and $500 regular deductible? Adrian was the 3rd person I had to talk to ....SENT TO.... He really did try to find the answer, listening to a very frustrated person. He was patient, tolerant and kind....yet STILL couldn't answer my question. He took my information and told me he would look more into it. He had a wonderful demeanor, voice and way with words. Listening to a customer's concerns is first and for most in any sales position as I have been in Customer Service/Sales for 35 years....I get it.
