The updated shop is absolutely perfect in every way. Located right down the street from a Wegmans, plenty of parking, and oh yeah... IT'S GINORMOUS!!!! You could fit three of the old shops in this new one and still have room! We were completely blown away when we stopped in today to see the new store. The layout is fantastic and it just feels like this shop gained a new level. They did though, it's now two floors... We grabbed some packs of trading cards to celebrate and cannot wait to come back and hang out here more. I may even have to work remotely from here once in a while just for the vibes alone.

Still waiting on preorder from a whole mtg set ago. Been preordering from them for over 5+ years…read moreand randomly they decided to implement an arbitrary pickup list for preorders based on "date ordered" mind you that anything can be preordered on their sheet of paper at the bar, so as a smart individual I preordered from both places. Originally at the bar I filled a physical order space out and after they created the website i made one there as well. So not only are we all waiting for our codex preorders still, but one of the employees of their maple road store accidentally let it spill that he was able to pick up one for himself from Lockport. When I came to pick mine up the day they came in I was told about the surprise list order and to come back Sunday, so Sunday when I came in to get the only thing I ordered, I was met with "we can't find the last one we got sent idk where it is!!" I know where it is, your employees purchased it before your actual customers who preordered it. This whole situation has killed this store for me and its so sad that they don't care enough about there customers to get their shit together.... Don't worry though they have ton of aetherdrift and marvel and Spider-Man! Nonissues getting people preorders for that slop, shame on you

They have a nice (and growing) selection of collectables , warhammer minitures , MTG singles accessories and packs and can , from what I've been told pull inventory from their other location. Drove an hour for a card tournament just to be met with rude remarks instantly upon walking in and asking about the procedure for being the only person attending. Didn't get anything for even attending which im not too mad about since theres probably a good reason no one comes to this store for tournaments. I even tried purchasing something as i left to still support and got a whopping $20 off of something that is already double the regular price back home "for my gas" for traveling there for no reason. Out of all the stores ive been, this is the one id avoid the most .

The first time I came, I was still fairly new to tabletop gaming so I wasn't sure what to get. I had my eyes set on Agricola but after talking to the associate I realized I wasn't ready for such a heavy euro game just yet. The associate asked us what we liked and then basically went through their entire collection with us, pointing out and explaining various games that he thought would appeal to us. You don't get customer service like that anymore! All the games are also much cheaper than you would find at Chapters or Mastermind Games. They've also got tons of other nerd stuff like comic books, figurines, and superhero paraphernalia.
