Great customer service. He was responsive, clear, and friendly. We were even able to customize a package for us to do all digital prints only. He was also incredibly attentive and helpful when choosing a design. We went back and forth and he was able to make our edits in a timely manner. With his help, we ended up with a design that we loved! On the day of the event, our attendants were Quoc and Grant. They were friendly, energetic, and fun! All of our guests had a great time using the photo booth. Everyone loved it and had a blast! At the end of the night, Quoc and Grant said goodbye to us and they were just so nice! A lovely experience. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend this photobooth! The mirror photobooth is just so unique and memorable. Truly a showstopper to any event.

The good: We loved the template design of the photo strip,…read morethe quality of the photos, and how quickly I was able to get a quote. The price felt reasonable, and when it started sprinkling on our wedding day, they were great about moving the booth inside at the last minute. The not-so-good: Unfortunately, the photo booth attendant struggled a bit with managing larger groups. Their policy says unlimited prints, but not everyone got a copy of the group photos since the attendant didn't always ask how many prints were needed. A few of my friends ended up without photos they were in. After the wedding, I reached out to Hidden Gem hoping to get a couple of extra copies to send with thank-you cards, but I haven't heard back despite following up. I really hate to do this to a small business, but if posting this review is the only way to get my extra photos then so be it. You may see the attached email communications, I tried to be patient and check in at appropriate intervals.

Chanel makes my daughter feel so comfortable and allows her to have fun at every shoot. I highly recommend Chanel for your headshots, editorial shoots and even your family photos. We love Chanel!

I had seen Chanel's amazing website and her super professional looking photos, so I was stoked to…read morework with her, especially since hair and makeup AND styling was included in the session price (even though I ended up using my own clothes). I'm a model, and I take my work seriously, and expect top notch quality from anyone I work with, especially if I'm paying them. That said, Chanel's work isn't even on the same level as most of the photographers I've worked with for trade, and possibly far below most of them. Firstly, the images are her website are highly retouched. I understand that editorial quality photos are sometimes highly retouched, but the images are her website are NOTHING like the images you will receive from a photo session with her. My photo session went something like this. She had rented a studio for us to shoot in, I called her and tried to start our shoot a little later because I had an interview in LA, but she was unable to do that, so we ended up shooting in her garage and backyard, which was fine, but offered little variety in the photos. As a person, Chanel really thinks that she knows everything about fashion and style and will not hesitate to speak badly of other photographers or models, which isn't something I really want to hear when I'm trying to get some great images. It always makes me wonder what she will say about me after I'm gone. After the shoot was all said and done, Chanel said she'd send me my proofs sometime during the weekend. (The shoot was a Thursday) and it wasn't until a week later that I finally got the proofs, and they weren't even color corrected or anything...which is fine. But if she wasn't going to do any work, what took so long? I then gave her my picks for the retouching and it her 12 days to finally send me the retouched photos, after several emails back and forth saying that they were almost done. This would be fine if this had been a trade shoot, but I paid her and she kept stringing me along, saying they would be done soon. And when I finally got them, my face was OUT OF FOCUS. She didn't even check the focus on the proofs before giving them to me! So the best photo from the whole session is completely worthless because I can't blow it up to portfolio size without seeing the focus issues. She then said she'd print one out to check, which never happened. So I had to contact her again, a month later, because the retouches were so bad, all the texture from my skin was gone, and the colors were muddy and that I wanted the raw files so I could pay another retoucher to fix them. She then proceeded to tell me that she paid $80 for the edits and that she hadn't "retouched a photo of her own in about 3 years." Well, I finally realized that she'd been paying high end retouchers that charge upwards of $40 dollars an image to retouch her photos into something salvageable for her to use on her website. This is FALSE ADVERTISING. I should get the exact same quality or something VERY similar to what is on her site, and got nothing of the sort. I sent her a final email that wasn't near as chatty as my previous ones on June 7th, stating that I NEEDED the raw photos immediately for a new composite card and she sent them to me that night. She had completely IGNORED my from April 15th to June 7th until I decided to tell her that it had been several months since our shoot and I still hadn't received the raw files. What took her so darn long? Anyway, she is without a doubt the most unprofessional photographer I have ever worked with. There are incredibly talented photographers out there that shoot for the best agencies around that charge her prices. Go to one of them instead.

The pictures came out pretty and glossy using a professional sublimation printing device. Before the wedding, I contacted Arnie, and he gave me several choices to select for the background. They had plenty of props to use at the booth and even had an inflatable bubble option for an outdoor photo booth. Make sure the dimension is large enough to fit the open space. Unfortunately, that was not an option for us, so we went with the indoor booth. Excellent and communicative; thus, I highly RECOMMEND this vendor.
