Unlike a lot of law firms in this area of practice, they are not afraid to file lawsuits and litigate when appropriate, and that results in better outcomes for their clients. Their staff is incredibly diverse, and also empathetic and supportive--two qualities that are extremely important if you are an injured person struggling to recover after an accident. If I had a relative or friend who had been injured in an accident, I would not hesitate to refer them to Eugene Bruno and associates.

My main attorney would switch from time to time - I had maybe 3-4 head attorneys total, but each one was very nice and answered all my questions. Jessica Anderson was my final attorney and she was lovely. The paralegals and staff are all very friendly as well. I HIGHLY recommend Eugene Bruno & Associates for personal injury settlements.

Some attorneys handle your case, but a truly exceptional attorney stands beside you and your family…read moreevery step of the way. Michael Rott is that kind of attorney. I am the applicant's wife, and I will always be grateful to Michael for what he did for my husband and our family during his very difficult California workers' compensation case, which ultimately resulted in a seven-figure settlement with lifetime benefits. My husband suffered a serious head injury in the course of his employment, leading to a very difficult California workers' compensation case. From the moment Michael took over the case, he fought relentlessly for my husband. He never made us feel alone or forgotten. He personally gave us his phone number and remained accessible by phone and email, even on weekends. Whenever we had a question or concern, he responded quickly and always took the time to guide and reassure us. Before Michael, we had another workers' compensation attorney for approximately a year, but unfortunately, there had been very little meaningful progress. When we first spoke with founding partner David Hidden during our initial case assessment, we immediately felt that we had found people who genuinely cared about our family. Michael and David ultimately did exactly what they told us they would do. Although we live approximately 500 miles from San Diego, we never felt the distance. We were always just a phone call, text, or email away. Michael's dedication, knowledge, persistence, and compassion made an extraordinary difference. He didn't simply represent my husband--he stood up for him, fought for him, and stood beside our entire family during one of the most difficult periods of our lives. I cannot thank Michael enough for everything he has done for our family. He is an exceptional attorney, Michael Rott and the firm without hesitation.

His communication is beyond amazing. I could text him directly and he would respond within an hour if not right away. If we needed to talk, he always made time for it. His assistant is also on top of everything and responds to questions and requests very promptly. Work comp is a labyrinth of laws and without good guidance, you can be lost for a long time. I can say that Mr. Dougherty and Hiden, Rott & Oertle got me the best medical care, a great surgeon and a fair settlement. I know this, better than to be expected result, because a co-worker was injured about a month after me with a similar shoulder injury. He had no representation and I can say, conclusively, my treatement was better, my result better and my case settled before his. Without Mr. Dougherty's help none of this would have been the case. I cannot heap enough praise on Brian Dougherty and Hiden, Rott & Oertle. My deepest grattitude for their hard work on my behalf.

She was informative and walked me through what the process would look like. What's great is I actually got to speak to her directly, not just an assistant. If you call a billboard attorney I can't imagine you'd get to talk to the main person. She was in constant communication and always answered my questions so I always knew where I stood. I think my case took longer than most (not because of her) but it worked out because through her patience everything worked out even better than I expected. She's definitely on my speed dial now for anything like this for myself or friends and family.

Exceptional Attorneys Who Truly Fight for You!…read more I can't say enough good things about Zac and David Miller at Miller & Steele. They are the only personal injury attorneys I've ever worked with who genuinely cared about my case and my future. I first worked with David Miller back in 2006, after I was hit by a drunk driver. The accident left me with permanent injuries, and David guided me through every step of the process with compassion and expertise. He fought hard on my behalf and secured a very fair award that reflected the true impact of my injuries. Then, in 2016, I was unfortunately hit by another drunk driver. Let's not talk about how bad my luck is regarding being on the road. This time, Zac Miller handled my case, and once again, the outcome was excellent. Zac was professional, responsive, and incredibly dedicated to ensuring I received a strong settlement for the pain and losses I suffered. Before finding the Miller & Steele team, I went through several other attorneys who didn't seem to understand or care about the seriousness of my injuries. They pushed for me to settle quickly for amounts that didn't make sense, clearly more interested in closing cases than seeking real justice. That is the complete opposite of how Zac and David operate. They put in the effort, time, and care to truly fight for their clients. They are honest, thorough, and relentless in pursuing what's right. Most importantly, they are true experts who know exactly how to handle injury cases like mine, unlike my previous attorneys who seemed unprepared and only wanted an easy, quick and unfair cash grab. If you want attorneys who will actually stand by you and deliver results, I can't recommend Miller & Steele highly enough. I guarantee you that I wouldn't have had the outcome I had without their great work and effort on my cases. Thanks, David and Zac!

His straight forward no nonsense approach and intimate knowledge of his clients claims was uniquely refreshing. David's trial experience is also well recognized and his negotiating skills have achieved excellent results for his clients. When my son was seriously injured in an auto accident, there was no hesitation in retaining David who obtained a $500,000 settlement for my son. In spite of getting to know each other from opposite sides of the net, David and I developed a personal friendship through mutual respect and I have no reservation in recommending his services to anyone in search of an honest and competent attorney.
