The building has a lot of potential for small businesses of all kinds. I like having the option of being able to shop-hop without driving between locations, walk from door to door outside, or go to a crowded mall. However, the managers need to put more effort into drawing customers in with external signs leading to the building, which is hidden from main street view. If you're not familiar with the area, it is difficult to identify which building is which, even with the help of Google maps. Upon entering the building, it feels a little like one of those dreams when you're back in high school, late for class, and don't know which way to turn in an echoing hallway. There is no indication of where stores can be found. The lighting inside the stores is awful- dim, cheap looking and far too few in between. So, while I do recommend there are obvious improvements that could be made by the building managers. read more
